I thought Brazil usually started drinking at 10.01 am? I'm afraid we are going to have to get used to this. Won't just be him it will be a lot of the media who simply don't like the fact that sides like us can and want to succeed. Talk Sport are amongst the worst media for simply boring on about the so-called big 6. Would help if they got some presenters in who were more balanced.
shailen 1,904 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Good it means we have a top class manager. I'm confident he won't leave us for United.
Vlad the Fox 2,362 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Oh, I thought this was going to be a recommendation for something to bang nails in with.
Leicester_Loyal 4,872 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Talksport are shite, I'd rather listen to my mum and dad going at it. You can't have an influence on BR leaving, so why worry about it? If he eventually goes, he goes and we'll move onto our next manager. 1
Popular Post Stuntman_Mike 1,258 Posted 6 November 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 He said it would be a good move, just as we would probably say it if he wasn't our manager. No biggie.
Sir Shep 1,855 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Wow, I mean after Villa there were some fans here who’d have drove Rogers up to Manchester! Anyway in all seriousness it’s kinda flattering because at least we are now doing something right again, just don’t give him a few more million on his contract this time!
jonthefox 3,963 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 It means he’s doing something right. Besides, Talksports shite anyway.
Popular Post Webbo 16,728 Posted 6 November 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Say Rogers does go, we're going to be linked with all sorts of managers, most of them already in work with other clubs. None of us will be offended by that. Unless you're top of the food chain that's what happens. I don't think Manchester United will go for Rodgers anyway.

ozleicester 7,257 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 OK....$85 Million and then we bring in a better manager... its the United way

Crazy Kop Corner 460 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Would the fact Brendan previously managed Liverpool not go against his appointment to the United job?
Popular Post Dahnsouff 5,303 Posted 6 November 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Just now, Crazy Kop Corner said: Would the fact Brendan previously managed Liverpool not go against his appointment to the United job? Not sure, but it seems like Brendan likes to view himself as a man of principle, so he may view it as some minor betrayal. Or maybe not...... Its moot anyway, the fact Poch has reappeared on our TV screens just as Ole has wobbled is far to convenient for it to be irrelevant. 4 1

Spudulike 3,277 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 More likely to go for Ryan Giggs or Roy Keane so they can play the Moan United 'way'.

kingcarr21 3,404 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Man U will not go for Brendan when Pochettino is available It would cost Man U a small fortune to get BR from us. They know our owners will not bend over backwards. Maguire is evidence of this. Its why Poch isn't in a job currently. He knows at some point the Man U job will be available. Solksjaer will not see Christmas at Man U imo

Its also a shame as I have no doubt he (Pochettino) would be the right man and probably stop their highly entertaining plummet.

Exactly this, I'm just praying they keep backing Ole as long as possible because I'm confident Poch has the ability to turn them around and then we'll need to start looking over our shoulder again. Daveb5569 16 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 I said this to my lad after last weeks mate with Poch guest presenter on Sky he will be Man Utd next manager
Pliskin 2,387 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 Potch will end up an United. It probably would have happened earlier had it not been for the clause he had to sign when leaving Spurs.
goose2010 1,973 Posted 6 November 2020 Report Share Posted 6 November 2020 (edited) it happened last year with Arsenal. All the press were nailing Rodgers on for that job. Talksport are owned by Sky (I think?!) so its all about 'next manager odds' cause a bit of hysteria and watch the money pile in on Sky Bet.
