Popular Post StanSP 26,027 Posted 26 November 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 So happy for him. Came in in July when even he probably thought he wouldn't have to. Played much better than some seniors and has shown lots of potential and composure. Glad he got the goal! Look forward to seeing how he progresses.
Popular Post urban.spaceman 31,518 Posted 26 November 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 Texted some of my old Wreake Valley school friends who are now scattered around the world that someone from our school just scored for Leicester City, and I was quickly reminded that by the time I’d left Wreake Luke Thomas hadn’t even been born. **** my life. 3 1
lcfc sheff 1,270 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 Forget the goal, people said he’d need a championship loan... looks the part
RowlattsFox 2,194 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 If we keep playing wing backs I'd keep him in for time being. Offers a bit balance on the left, and uses the ball well. Obviously will make mistakes defensively but won't be perfect at this age. Great fitness as well, came in and played the full game without even looking tired.
Lambert09 2,753 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 He deserves a lot of credit. He showed good intelligence to drift inside when Madison received the ball. Many would have dropped back and given Madison the easy option.
kingfox 4,590 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 I was lucky to grow up in the era of Roberto Carlos, but I think it’s fair to say Luke Thomas is the best left-back I’ve ever seen. 1

Cardiff_Fox 6,048 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 Good to see three citizens of the city score. Admittedly Vardy is honorary.
StriderHiryu 16,710 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 Impressed, as I have been with him all season. For 19 years old he's class. Plenty for him to work on, but you can tell there's a real player here. For me the most impressive aspects of his game are his awareness of what's going on around him and ability to pick the right pass at the right time.

Dan LCFC 11,688 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 He has done really well. He's the best crosser at the club.
GlennyFox55 53 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 I’d start him against Fulham, go back to our 433 and go for it.
Ric Flair 20,188 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 He'sgot good footballing technique and although he's not some rapid specimen of a player I think he can develop in to a very good player. His ability at passing and crossing is already at a good level and he seems to be coping quite well with the physical aspects of the game. This season he has faced Braga twice, Leeds and Wolves who are all teams that are in your face at times and he's done well. Glad he was kept on and Fuchs was sacrificed, it really was a toss up between the two and Rodgers could have been forgiven for replacing Thomas but it paid off. Buzzing for the lad.
Always Next Year 282 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 Did not play that well first half ,but well taken goal which without we would have lost the game.
Manini 3,363 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 He’s really good isn’t he? We might have done it again.
Rain King 1,519 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 Really like the look of him. His passes and crosses or always purposeful. Jesus, just checked his date of birth and he was born 2 weeks after I got with the Mrs. That's depressing.

UHDrive 626 Posted 26 November 2020 Report Share Posted 26 November 2020 He had a great game and I have to say that i was one of those who said he needed loaning out. I'm unsure though and I dont think he has the pace for this level. Bags of potential and lots of technical skill but not enough pace.

Similar was said about Barnes when he first came on the scene and he’s now rapid . Edited 26 November 2020 by baldeagle
