That's quite a story!

Actually might look into this lol.

I'm intrigued to know, what happened after that, obviously the Boss would still want to see him play, and how it all ended.

Honestly true. Google 'Carlos Kaiser'.

Not a massive amount of info, but one hell of a story.

Looking forward to the documentary. Think there's also a movie planned.

It was in the 80's, before the Internet.

Apparently he once had a toy mobile phone and was talking in English to a big team, to keep up the charade.

The physio overheard him. The physio was fluent in English and rumbled him, because his English was gibberish lol

That's how he left one team!

Watching the 1973 Hendrickson/Merrick documentary on the Manson Family.

Just feel sad for all these young people - especially girls - who fell for Manson in the aftermath of the Summer of Love. Paul Watkins comes out as the only one with any sympathy from me, because he could see the danger and left before it was too late. Shame he died from leukemia in 1990.

Hideous beliefs, mislead loyalty. They loved killing as much as they loved group sex and went on to tarnish the Hippie movement forever.

Amazingly Boring.. BUT! the story is incredible.... Do you remember the virus "Stuxnet"?

It was created and transmitted by the US Government.. acknowledged accepted and proved.  if you are worried about terrorism...forget it, this is what you need to fear :)
