28 fans are being investigated by police over this... so Dynamo Dresden, as in the actual club, have brought out a special kit to help pay their legal costs. lol

Gladbach got their revenge yesterday by stealing half of Boyz Köln's away banner. They travelled to Köln's game away at Hoffenheim, dressed in Koln colours and executed the steal.

Basically at the time pyro/smoke bombs became wildly available, the hooligan/violent scene here was completely under control with the police. Stadiums under complete surveillance and no terraces which make it harder to police. 

 

Surveillance is probably equal in other countries but you'd struggle to find fans in England who don't really give a flyer about arrest. The laws surrounding arrests at football matches given heightened punishments compared to the same 'crime' happening in another location. 

 

Ultra groups also have social and politically motives - England doesn't really showcase that in such a passionate manner.
