He's useless. Been missing for seasons. Attitude stinks, ability stinks. Get him gone.

I have been more loyal to this club than Andy King…over half a century supporting…..but you wouldn’t make me manager for that reason. Club needs an external appointment, and a rough enough one, as manager NOW.
How many appearances did you make and how many trophies did you win?

If he keeps worrying about it he’ll lose more, quicker. Vicious circle. But if he continues to play well it might grow back.
It could improve his aerodynamics, so might be for the best

Marti literally talks about growing up in Barcelona as his biggest managerial achievement.
This cracked me up 😂
When I saw some of his initial interviews, I thought he spoke a lot about Barcelona and playing the barca way. I thought, it's alright having that philosophy when you've got world class talent, doesn't really work when you've got bang average players at your disposal.

This guy is terrible and clearly not up to Championship standard. Honestly would put him at National league at best. He contributed nothing tonight and doesn't look capable of doing so. I would honestly dump him with the youth to play out the rest of the season or, just take a hit and send him back.
Pretty fair summary.

I'd probably look to Sweden. Get Stefan Selakovic, Kim Kallstrom and Teddy Lucic.
Maybe Taribo West on a free.

Honestly, I'm struggling with this potential appointment.
What the fuchs happens at boardroom level at this club. It's a shambles.
I wasn't mad on the idea of Rohl, now looking at Wilder and GON, I would take Rohl in a heartbeat. Maybe that is the plan from the 'top' 🤔

Not saying it will happen, but LA FC are interested in Big Ange... Surely we are a bigger club and a better proposition than LA FC? MLS is a big step down for a premier league manager. If he were to get us back up, he will get another stab at the Prem

Do we think Preki is still available?

I would rather keep RVN than have Brussels. Ruud has seen first hand what players are up for a challenge and what players would make good book ends. That's if he wanted to stay, as it sounds like communication up and down the chain of command has been shockingly bad. Can't be an easy environment to work in if your own boss won't talk to you and make a decision.
Absolute waste of money to pay off RVN to then get someone like Brussel in. Give Ruud a summer to build a squad, assuming no embargo. Changing manager again and again will just lead keep leading us back to square one.

If we park the bus and lose just like we did at Man City, we may aswell have a go at trying a counter attack and have a shot towards the goal

We need Dyche. Knows the leagues, doesn’t jump ship first time of asking and he’d sort this mess out. I understand he’s not everyone’s first choice but get this wrong again and we’ll be out the prem for a good while.
Dyche comes across as a decent bloke and had a good run with Burnley. However hasn't done anything of note since. Everton were almost as hopeless as us this season, then they gave him the boot and have since kicked on and got points on the board and are now practically safe.
He is not the answer. Although I do like his disc beard and the Phil Mitchell memes would be more pertinent.

Yep- sums it up, a banner made by a kid in paint(No disrespect to whoever did it)
No Rudkin out chants, no sack the board, no you dont know what your doing etc..
Man U fans had Glazer out banners and chanted about them , we just fell asleep wishing we were watching Countryfile!
What I would have gave to be at home watching Country File or Antiques Roadshow.

Not shifting Ward, Iversen, Soumare or Souttar (permanently) is poor
You say it is poor, but I Can't imagine the phone was ringing off the hook for Danny Ward.

Id play him ahead of Fatawu, BDCR for sure. Or instead of Wilf. Amazing tbh
And that's why you aren't a premier league football manager.

A lot of people did, he had managed many Italian teams and done well at Chelsea.
Much higher profile than Steve Cooper.
So you want a high profile shit manager?

Remember when we hired Ranieri, who had just been given the boot from the Greece job after getting beat by San Marino?
That turned out alright.
Give the bloke a chance.

Inept. Playing the same shit, same formation, same tactics. It's the definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and again and expecting a different result.
