He should be OUR captain. But we know what will happen next, right, Topkin?
-
I can see him in any top European club, playing as a sub for 30 minutes. He can hold his own anywhere, against any defender for half an hour, for sure.

Top and Rudkin are working around the clock, sleeves all rolled up, interviewing managers, sending faxes and telexes, receiving telegrams from interested parties across the world.

Everything has fallen into place.
He must've known he was out of the door some weeks back.
I'd put my house on it that it was the very same week he really started to put himself around a helluva lot more than he usually did.
Those last 4 or 5 games he played I was even asking those around me in astonishment as to where this Daka had been all season? Some said he must've been given free reign by Rowett to chase down defenders and keepers, but it's apparent to me that it was him just showcasing and putting in the effort to appeal to future clubs to sign him.
it's no coincidence he decided to put a huge effort in once the writing was on the wall.
Yes, he markedly improved as much as he could in the last matches, but even that wasn’t even good enough.
He will ply his trade on the outskirts of European football , or in some Gulf arabic club.-

Well they did sign BEK in the first place, so it's not like they always make crap signings.
Just more often than not.
Topkin paid more for him than what they just got for him from Stuttgart.
They could’ve taken another chance and continued to loan him to the Germans for another season; if his number stay high, maybe he would been worth a few million more. It’s not like we have a lot of players to sell… -
Sold to Stuttgart for 17 million (plus 3 million they already paid for his loan).
Scored 8, assisted 6 in 33 appearances for Stuttgart in the 2025-26 season.
Twenty two years old.
Can't wait for Top and Rudkin to spend the proceeds on someone like Ayew.
-
Well, Steve Cooper is available again. I smell a reunion!
-
As expected, Top and Rudkin have rolled up their sleeves and are working hard!
Glad to be a fan in these exciting times. Rest assured, we are in good hands.

The very fact that he had a torn ACL & that he is unpredictable, means we will get nowhere near 'at the very least 22 million' , plus add-ons. (I assume Pounds).
I'd imagine we'd get about £7-10m & a 4 pack of Guinness.
How about this: June 23 Ghana is playing England. If he scores or gets a memorable assist, his value goes up noticeably. Until then...if I'm him, I become very selective of the ghanian pussy that opens its welcome doors to my LCFC cash and focus real hard on training.

Rowett on the playoff coverage, there's no escape
Well, he's got a unique perspective for picking losers. An expert, in a way.

The return of Rowett will signify nothing but capitulation to mediocrity. Should not be even considered as our manager. This hack had us relegated to League 1.

Must be sold. At the very least 22 million plus a cut of future sales to a Top 5 club in the PL, Serie A, La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga. He's unpredictable and may either fall off the map or become a top winger, depending on the manager and the teammates. Also, let's not forget that he's already had a torn ACL, which may re-occur at any moment...or not.

Isn't that how it ought to be among all humans?

It’s a a sad good bye, Patson, the lion king of Zambia.
We will miss all the goals you’ve scored. Wait, what?

“I’m quite pleased with the professionalism of the group, at least, you know, in the season where we all feel A LITTLE BIT that we’ve left everyone down.”
You are total fraud, Gary.

A rather restrained reflection, but brings the point across.

Probably made at least half a million off Top’s largesse; Shit manager, one of the worst I’ve ever seen, worse than Cooper and Cofuentes.
Anyone in the world could’ve done better than this specimen.
Watch Rudkin give him a 5 year contract.

Our manager is a fraud. Playing Ayew and Daka instead of young players who have something to aspire to is shameful. Rudkin is sure to give him the job in League 1. What a cluster-****...

This isn’t on Paramount+ in the US. How does one watch it online?

I will be very surprised if Rowett starts anyone other than his usual core group on Saturday. If he starts the youth players (or even gives them one full half) and they show exemplary football, he will expose himself as a total fraud.

We lead by 2 at the break; final score Rovers 3:2.

This may sound absolutely radical, but:
Stolarczyk
Ricky somebody Vestergaard Thomas
somebody Winks
Fatawu somebody Mavididi
Daka
Time to mix things around! -

I wonder what the last straw will be for Top to either fire Rudkin and commit to rebuild, or to sell the club.
King Power is too big to just keel over and die; it'll take a while to run it into the ground. The football club, on the other hand, can be rather easily knocked out as we are observing now.
Would it be fair to say that LCFC's abject failures are very bad publicity for him and the company?
