Hi all,

 

As we all know the prospect of Championship football next season is looming, reading a lot across the forum there appears to be the attitude that we will get a transfer embargo or points deduction.

 

Apologies for my ignorance but did we get found guilty of the EFL breaches and charged? How can you be charged for something and get the punishment whenever you're back in that league (that could be 5 or 10 years later) ?

 

Thank you in advance for clearing this up (unless its all speculation and nothing happens lol)
