Hello all. I'm a City fan from birth. I live in Kettering. I watched every game between 1986 and 1990 before I played serious Saturday football and got a family. I watch roughly 6 games a year now but always follow and looks for results wherever I am in the world. My favorite memory is Mark Venus scoring against Swindon Town on 7th Nov 87. Mark was often a scape goat for our poor results at the time but he had the last laugh in this game with the winning goal deep into injury time. 2-0 down with 15 mins left and the game looked lost before Paul Ramsey came on. He scored soon after and Steve Walsh followed up in the last minute to make the draw iminent. With time ticking and the whistle nearly on the ref's whistle, Venus unleashed from 22yards. Imagine the joy seeing it buried in the top corner. Many, many more memories but somehow this one always sticks with me. Exciting times again, now we are in our proper home....THE PREM!
