for those that have cancelled - including me

How many more payments are due for "this" season ?

I'm assuming at least one more in May? My direct debit usually goes around 1st of the month I think?

Just the one on the 1st of May.

I’ve just seen a replay of this for the first time - it’s 100% a penalty.

Sat right in line with that in SK2, ref & lino got it completly wrong, like you say stonewall penalty. Thomas didn't touch the ball. Couldn't believe it when he didn't point to the spot.

He has a number of senior pros around him at the setup of the free kick, they have obviously decided they are going to try something and instructed him to do so.

Don't get me wrong hes the one who has made the error, hes massively under hit the pass, but hes only as responsible as the group around him he again get it so wrong time after time, which is as Rowett alluded to in his post match.

i was sat right near that free kick & Im sure your'e right about him being instructed to try that pass , it looked like Lacaselles was the instigator, he ran across spoke to Mukasa & the others over the ball, before going into the box. Thing is did anyone tell Winks, knowing this lot probably not. Like you say the pass was horrible but I'm sure it wasn't his idea.

I know he needs dropping but let’s not pretend Monga has done anything for months. Half the time he looks disinterested

Monga looks disinterested all the time to me. 16 years old and playing professional football, you would think it would be every boys dream. But he seems like he can't be bothered, apart from his goal at Preston earlier in the season he's done nothing to warrant a place in the team.

Can someone who understands the direct debit scheme better than me please explain the apparent difference in dates between the following. The website says the first payment for the 2026/27 season is 1 June and the deadline for opting out or making changes to your automatic renewal by Direct Debit is 5pm on Monday 20 April, but the T&Cs for the 25/26 season ticket says "Supporters who do not wish to retain and/or renew their 2025/2026 Season Ticket for the 2026/2027 season via the Direct Debit Scheme will be required to inform the Club at least sixteen (16) days before
the first payment date for the 2026/2027 Season renewal date, which is determined each season by the Club and which shall be notified to supporters on the official Club website." Yes, an automatic renewal order was taken on 25 March, but what is the club's actual deadline to cancel the season ticket if you decide to?

Pretty sure they said 29th April

In fairness all they’d have to do is pay DD and cancel it after relegation is confirmed. You’d lose that months payment perhaps, but it’s only £40 ish

First payment isn't until 1st June, so wouldn't even lose £40. If we get relegated just cancel the DD before the 1st June & shouldn't lose any money.

He's in Argentina for the friendly there that starts at around 10pm BST tomorrow.

I was looking at the Zambian squads that played Malawi last Saturday & Zimbabwe last night, didn't realise they had another team. Bit confused now ,but like you say they played in Argentina as well.

Daka and BDCR won't start given that they'll be back so late from international commitments. James also a big doubt. So, I guess Rowett will go for Mukasa in the 10 with Ayew:mad: up front.

Has Daka actually gone on international duty, he's not been in the Zambian squad for either match. Or maybe he's injured.

  9. People keep saying, we'll be better with Lacselles back & he'll be a key player. I've seen nothing to suggest this is going to be true. He looks to have the turning circle of the QE2 & makes Vestergaard look like Usain Bolt. In the 35 minutes he's played in the 2 home games we've conceded 4 goals. Not convinced.

You can blame the defenders, with justification, but if the keepers won't come for stuff that is looping from high into the 6 yard box, or they palm saves into the feet of attackers, or get caught fannying about trying to play it out, you're going to have a bad time.

Quite right, the cross for the 2nd goal was in the air along while, keeper should be claiming that. 1st goal was headed in from about 3 yards. Of course the defence is at fault but Begovic should be coming for both of those.

I know it's hardly new analysis as it's an ongoing conversation but the public transport in this country is a disgrace. I stared a new job in Nottingham city centre so I thought it would be a good opportunity to do my bit and go by public transport from Loughborough. Whilst the bus is cheap it's never on time, often 15+ minutes late. The train is often late too but it is more reliable but £12 there and back is ridiculous. You can get cheaper tickets if you book in advance but I'll never understand the concept of dynamic pricing when it comes to a necessity like transport. Given up and I'll just stick to the ridiculous car parking charges.

My son is at uni in Lincoln & visited his girlfriend who's at Norwich uni. at the weekend. He pre-booked his trains and was due to leave Norwich at 2.30 yesterday, firstly the train was delayed 2 hours, then after getting underway it was stopped at Thetford, all this due to points issues. Eventually stopped at Ely where they got off & were bussed up to Peterborough, with a driver who firstly wasn't sure where he was supposed to be going & then had to keep stopping to check his satnav. Got in Peterborough at 10pm, had to wait for the last train to Lincoln which left at 11.09pm . He arrived at Lincoln at quarter past midnight having supposed to have left Norwich at 2.30 in the afternoon. 10 hours to get from Norwich to Lincoln, then you wonder why people don't use public transport.

Don't you mean ...      "Oh Yeesss!   Oh yeesss for the youngster!"

One of the truly spine-tingling moments in our history.    And, as said before, absolutely superb commentary from Barry Davies.

Followed by "he'll remember that all his life".

The bloke a I spoke to ( and trust me, he should know) said it was definitely around 12,000.

No way, anyone with their own eyes & half a brain cell , could tell it was more than 12,000.

  14. I don't know were people keep getting this 12000 figure from, there was clearly far more than that attending. You only had too use your own eyes to see that, obviously wasn't  27,000 the club said either. I would estimate somewhere roughly in the middle 18 to 19000.
