Genuinely think he will be a very good player in the future and wish him well. His managers while he has been here have been ruud and Steve cooper and he’s still managed to look decent, imagine what he could do under an actual manager.

Getting ready for the championship. Getting our recruitment in place for the summer where we target a few youngsters to buy and a few loans from the big 6 that we can then try and buy if (hopefully) we get promoted. We need to start offloading some rubbish in our squad now, as going to be tough to get rid of all of them in the summer. Go for players like Maza, who are not ready now, but gives them 6 months to acclimatise and then ready for next year.

Sit back and hit them on the counter. Got skipp in as we need to keep the ball well away from home. Experience of Ricky, bdcr, ayew and ndidi to see out the game with Kasey. 

Got no issue with this as long as it’s not to be a starter each week. My worry is that we won’t get the two other attackers (taken us 4 weeks to do this transfer) and he will start and he will slow up our quick counter attacks that we are probably going to need each match. The outlay for a 33 year old is mad too as likely be 3 year contract and we are trying to flog him in 2 years as he takes up wages in our squad. 
 

the main positive is that I would have much rather him coming on last Monday than soumare and likely allows cannon out on loan to get experience which he isn’t going to get here. 

Brilliant increase in intensity. We looked to actually get into them and they fell apart. Shout out to kristansen, thought we was great and very solid. Hope he can kick on from here.

Deal makes sense until it comes in over 20m. That is silly money. He won’t be on cheap wages either. As this would have been leaked by spurs, I would imagine it would be including of all add ons but still feels like too much. Should have just got Josh brownhill for quarter of the price if we wanted that kind of player. 

If it means we don’t have to play hamza or soumare, then it’s a definite yes from me. Solid prem player that will help us this year and will help get promotion next year. Not a sexy signing but at least improves the team and squad. 

Genuinely don’t understand us spending so much time and money on fighting this. We currently don’t appear to be giving the manager a squad to give us a chance of making anywhere near 40 points anyway.
 

Could spend months trying to save points from being taken from us and forget that without a decent squad, we won’t make those points to begin with.

No issue with this as long as wages aren’t mental. Has played a bit as a wing back too if I remember rightly. Adds a bit of PL experience which will help. 

Watched a bit of Atalanta a couple of years ago and he looked very raw, hopefully he developed his game a bit last season. Think rodon would have been the better choice for similar money but guess Okolis wages will be much cheaper. Definitely indicates we are going to 3 at the back. 

Omari Hutchinson in return would be good or bashir humphreys.

Bit of a shame if he does go but can’t blame him as Chelsea have a great squad for him to play his style of football with and sure he will be backed. Just worried he takes mads with him as he’s better than what Chelsea have.

Completely agree. Since the game at their place, I have had so many messages saying they are coming for us and that we were bottling it then now trying to blame the fact ‘playing Leeds is everyones cup final’ . God I hope Ipswich do it as would be great to have a season away from them. 

Leeds fans are not taking this well. The amount of fans I’ve not spoke to in weeks that have suddenly started popping up asking me why we hate Leeds and that we are obsessed with them it would be brilliant if we got Rodon too as they really rate him.

One other thing for them is they owe clubs 190m for old transfers but only are owed 6m. I believe 75m is due this summer, so they could be in for a real issue if they don’t pay those installments soon.
