I'd have an army officer shouting at them in a fitness test. Then our booing in the stadium won't seem so bad. They need to toughen up and be counted as a lot of people's jobs are on their shoulders should they get relegated
Agreed. Beasting them in training is the way to go. They should be running through brick walls.

Booing any player before they come on, in the situation we are in is unreal. What are people trying to do? Let the club know you don't like a player....come on.

Even Cov haven’t been good but we are really shit, I’m not really sure what this Marti fella is trying to do, I can only assume he was once a PE teacher in Spain?!
Nothing wrong with pe teachers!

Vestergard was decent. Credit where it's due.

It just puts you off going. The stuff people are shouting is painful and at times beyond acceptable. In the days of standing, you'd just move.

Loved that man. Imagine him now with our refs and diving players. Talk about different era, that really wasn't long ago.

Always had a funny soft spot and respect for Pompey. Remember the play off semi at their place!

The negativity at half time was an over reaction I felt. Obviously, the defending was poor for the goal, but generally we had some very good passages of play. The one touch, bounce passing, through midfield was very good. Next steps are to get midfield runners behind more to stretch the opposition.

The first 30 seconds show what intensity should look like without the ball.
Also, you forget how good the atmosphere was. Electric.
-
Also, who was goal Tranmere away in the play offs? Gavin Ward? That was a very good display.

Nigel Martin, when he was at Palace, at Filbert Street. I can just remember thinking, we'll never score! He made back to to back unbelievable saves. I can't remember though if it was the fa cup game when we did score?!

Henry Cartwright was superb last week for Falkirk. Their fans seem to really like him.

One of my memories of Oxford away was early nineties. The women doing their announcing on the pa/radio was in a box behind the away end and I can't remember exactly why, but she ended up coming out of the box and having a row with the whole Leicester end. As you can imagine, she rose to the bait and got pasted en masse. She absolutely lost it.

That picture of the decker being carved up is almost hard to look at. Just an amazing era.

I saw him quite a few times when we were in the championship last time. Looks like a really good player. Tidy on the ball, gets forward, eye for a pass and now more experienced.
Very good signing.

I am sure Mads will be a success for them. He was outstanding for us, he's used to being busy. Apparently, he is a very good bloke too. I hope he does well.

fixed it for you

that would be my line upI'm with you.
It feels like a backwards step not having either okoli or nelson in, but on form, that's the line up

We have to give him time. He has a a squad that should be capable, with work, to do very well. He is looking at the players and trying to change the tactics and mental approach.
I've seen enough in segments of games to say, once he has his settled team and he has had time with them, we will be fine.
For what its worth page with winks will do the trick.

Hopefully Cartwright will establish himself. Falkirk are sticking with the two holding midfielders from last season. They are lacking power and defensive presence though, so I think he will be a regular, unless they start winning.

SK food junction on Loughborough road is an unusual, but a really good take away. It's like a family kitchen with a counter! It's vegetarian, and looks like it caters for events and family gatherings. The chilli paneer and chips is amazing, it's very spicy but unbelievably tasty and you get so much. You can get loads of take away home made bread and japati's.
Worth a stop off if you come in to town that way. We park up on a side street and feast up!

Such sad news.
I'm sure the club will commemorate him.

Tried the woolpack on Catherine Street. Very impressed.
Mixed grill was juicy.
Chicken tawa with spicy minced lamb sauce.
Decent lagers on tap.
Sky/TNT.
Too far from the ground to walk, but it was worth the faff of the drive/parking up.

Get behind them from minute one....
Minute three... Rudkin Out
Mixed messaging don't you think ?
The Rudkin out singing is pointless and negative. We all know the score. Just get behind the players.
