  1. Been reading this for a while as an interested party, thought I'd offer some thoughts as a relative neutral. Was at the game Friday and I thought the atmosphere first half was actually relatively decent. Obviously it's a rivalry so I'd expect it to be a bit livelier but having done Saints, Liverpool, Chelsea, Brighton and Leicester this season, that first half was by far the best I've seen from a home end in any of the aforementioned games. Second half was understandably subdued. Poor atmosphere at the top of the English pyramid isn't a Leicester specific issue, it's a problem with our game in general. Take Forest for example, we had a good couple of years atmosphere wise but now we are becoming a bit more established and expectation grows, the atmosphere dies. Even when the City Ground is at its very best, it pales in comparison to teams across the continent with similar or smaller attendances. Whilst I like the Ultra section you have (for want of a better term) and what they're trying to achieve, the nature of that style of support clashes with the traditional reactionary nature of English fanbases. You need buy in from a significant number of fans all placed in one area of the ground to make it work consistently.
