If we are going for Rafa I'd get him in right away. He'll hit the ground running. He'll already be up to speed on player stats, etc., if they've actually sounded his agent out. Look at Roy Hodgson......2 games in and 6 pts. Rafa will get the best out of players and will beat Liverpool, Everton, Leeds and even get one over Pep. Spanish rivalry
