The real horror lies in Man C getting relegated for PSR breach and we can’t get above Ipswich
No chance. They are a cash cow for the premier league.

Not sure whether to laugh or cry with Fulham scoring

Not sure which thread this should be in but apologies if it's the wrong one. I cannot see him getting the sack even if we lose every game till the end of the season. We are skint so w8ll not pay him off. Would not be surprised if his contract has a clause where if we stay up he gets a bonus and if we get relegated he dies on his sword and we part amicably with no compensation.

The club is the little lads life right now. He loves going to games and all that comes with it. So for me, right now I’ll continue going games until he no longer wants to do so anymore. For me, it’s all about the time we get to spend there and it’s just me and him. Although for the first time ever last night, I contemplated leaving early.
Brilliant post mate...a bit sad but totally get it.

Wolves isn’t certain, but we’ll get beaten mate. Don’t you worry
I don't worry. Maybe you don't get the sentiment of my post.

I love my club and never ever thought I would say this but I honestly hope wolves win midweek and we get beat. It's the hope that is killing me and I just want put down like an end of life dog that is suffering. Supported my club for over 50 years. Been through lots of bad times including that day at stoke but never felt this much anger and frustration at the whole board from Top down. I would rather be in the premiership but let's be honest clubs like us are not welcome hence PSR etc to protect the so called big clubs facing relegation. I want people that care and know what they are doing in charge of my club. I would not say I want rid of KP but think Top needs to look in the mirror, realise he ain't got the balls to run the club and appoint somebody that has.....obviously that will not happen.

Unless there is a shake up at board level and we get a proper DOF I fear that we could be in another relegation battle.

Leaving early is not good but turning up to watch this dross is surely worse.

How bizarre hope you have a good Councillor

I have supported my club for over 50 years and spent tens of thousands following them but enough is enough. I still love my club but we are slowly being destroyed by incompetence. Vardy is past it but always will be a legend to me, however him and mads are the only guys that seem to give a fek. RVN is clueless but let's be honest playing mavididi or others on the bench in place of those on the pitch is unlikely to make any difference as we are totally lacking in quality. I used to make apologies for what I say about Top but not any longer. He does not have the balls to run our club. I never want my club to be embarrassed but if Brentford were to get 10 and mean that we could reset then I would unfortunately take it. I hope the ground is totally empty at 80 minutes apart from Brentford fans if that sens a message. I apologies for any offence but I hurt like fook as the foxes are or may end up being were my life.

Based on this thread people are buying season tickets but not bothered about going to games and will just go occasionally when they seem it worth their time.
Not something I thought was possible but the atmosphere will be even worse.
Denying new blood a chance of a ST and not turning up is a bit selfish imo.
I for one renewed my season ticket on the basis of having a competently run football club who keep their supporters informed. We are being totally mismanaged and arguably have a worse squad now than when we get promoted. You quote "denying new blood" I am confident many will not be denied next season as many of the, as you put it, "selfish" fans will not renew due to many reasons including incompetence from Top (literally) to bottom (aka Rudkin). If I am being selfish choosing not to put myself through a 600 mile round trip, spending over £300 on top of my ticket because I feel we as a club have lost our soul then so be it.

We are already gone. Win this or not, we won't better Wolves' points accumulation in the run in.
Probably not mate but we live in hope not expectation

Did anyone else get an email saying beat the queues for the Brentford game? I never bothered opening it but guess it said something like leave the ground 15 minutes early rather than 10?

This is a must win (yes another one 👏) but if we don't win then think we are gone. Not saying we stay up if we win BTW.

If, and it's a big if, we are still in touch in 4 weeks time the I think we have a chance. My only concern is imo we have performed OK against some of the big boys but in a more defensive role and tried to counter. The big thing to me is can we nullify some of the beatable teams at the same time as having a go at them in games that will soon become must win.

So being stupid and living a million miles away how did this go?
I watched on tv...it did not come across well imo. Think if we had been 2 down then it would have been louder and more noticeable but think a lot of fans may have thought we are being competitive and working hard so did not want to be negative...just my thoughts

Don't mean to be controversial and have great sympathy but I would say since Vichai died. We lost a man with great dignity but with a ruthless streak when needed. No way would he have stood by and watched the incompetence of the staff below him. Top is a nice guy but waits far too long to wield the axe and works alongside people who are simply not fit for the roles they are in.

Mine is that Rodgers was right about Top and Rudkin but his ego meant he couldn’t do the right thing
Rodgers may well have been right about Top and Rudkin but he is a disgrace of a man for imo intentionally making poor team selections, sticking with ward as long as he did and manipulating getting the sack to get a multi million pound pay off. Whether he was right or not he still had the resources to keep the team well away from relegation. Due to his own ego and greed he laid the foundations for the awful position we are now in. I loathe the man.
