What?
There's been about ten thousand articles written abou us this season and how good the football is. We were called the saviours of football at one point.
It's only the last few games when the nerves have hit a bit and teams have started parking the bus and doubling up on Riyad that we've begun to grind out these one nils.
Even now it's only bitter Tottenham and Arsenal fans complaining about it, everyone else has given us plaudits for our defending and tactics.
I disagree, I've seen a lot more written recently by fans of all clubs about our style of play and how boring it is.
It definitely seems like the perception of our football has shifted since people have been paying more attention to us and watching games post-February. Spurs and Arsenal fans constantly moaning about it doesn't help.
Don't get me wrong, if we win the league I won't give two sh*ts about what others think, but it's a shame for the players that the way we were playing for most of the season is getting forgotten.

This pair are very confident
Spurs fans tv is pretty poor compared to Chelsea fans tv...

Sorry if it's been posted, but this is a good article on what goes on behind the scenes and how it's helping us. Spurs fans could do with reading this before they call us 'lucky' for our lack of injuries etc.

Spurs fans are comedy gold. I swear they are all on the windup. They've only paid attention to our games since February, but they know everything about the way we play football and how lucky we've been all season.

The shite they come up with is truly embarrassing.
-
Wow that's next level delusion.
I swear Spurs fans have only watched our away league game against them this year.
To be fair, if you were a Spurs fan watching them having the best season since the 60s, you'd be fuming when little old Leicester came along to spoil it.
-
Vardy said that's he's a blue
Demari Grey and Mahrez too
Christian Fuchs we love you
It's Leicester I'm in love
Forest you can fall apart
Robert Huth you've won my heart
Oh Westley don't even start
It's Leicester I'm in love
This is great.
I'd replace Demarai Gray with Drinkwater maybe, just because it feels like he should be mentioned in it

Loads of Forest fans on the internet trying to justify that their achievements are better than ours would be.
It's almost like they don't like the idea of us doing really well.
I've seen a lot of this and it makes me cringe a little. Some of our fans are acting like we've already done it and are opening themselves up for a lot of stick if we don't.
Long, long way to go, wish people would wait to discuss that if we do it.
(But if we do, our achievement is bigger

Anyone else sitting here with a shit eating grin thinking about how the fans with a bitter hate boner for us keeps changing to a team higher up the table? Two seasons ago it was Watford and Burnley but now it's a perennial top 4 wannabe outfit slinging bile...

It is scarily similar to the rubbish Burnley fans used to post actually.
We only got promoted because Vardy dived.

tottenham fans got a lot of nice things to say about us, that jamie vardy's a lucky bastard
Haha wow, never had Spurs down as the deluded type. That is staggering. On a Crystal Palace fan level.
You can't be top of the league by being a shit lucky team that plays shit lucky football. Time to get over it boys.

My favourite thing about this season is how people are being forced to change their opinions, and it really highlights the ignorance of most football fans (i'm sure we're all guilty of it occasionally too).
September - "Mahrez is the only good player, the rest are championship standard"
October - "Two man team, the rest are championship at best"
November - "Three man team, if Kante, Mahrez or Vardy gets injured they're ****ed"
December - "Apart from Vardy, Mahrez, Kante and Drinkwater they are bang average, the bubble will burst after christmas"
Long may it continue, hopefully by May the whole team will have been noticed.

You cannot be a 2 man team and be top of the Prem. You just can't.
People need to stop basing their opinions on fantasy football and just accept we have quality all over the pitch.
It's so strange reading how deluded and begrudging people are about our success this year, I absolutely loved seeing Southampton do so well last year. Even if they hate Jamie Vardy and the clappers, you would have thought people would enjoy someone disrupting the big boys.

Palace. The MIGHTY Palace. The notorious. The club that strikes fear into every football fan young and old. The self professed LOUDEST CLUB ON EARTH...don't like us.
To be fair, the bit about Steve Claridge I understand, I'd hate him after that glorious play-off winner, but the rest just smacks of bitterness and it's so tedious. Change the record lads, you're not Galatasaray, you're a bunch of 14 year old chavs.
Also loved this bit: "proper team like Stoke,Villa or Norwich" :xmaslaugh:

-Bournemouth away we reverted to a negative 4-5-1 for the first time of the season which isolated Vardy and it was a dull performance. We should have backed ourselves with a more attacking setup.
Mahrez was THE difference when he came on vs Southampton and should not have been dropped for 2 games on the back of one poor Arsenal performance.
The Hull question I've already answered.
Do people genuinely believe Mahrez was dropped because he didn't play well against Arsenal?
You don't think it was a tactical decision to drop him for a tough away game at Norwich? Mahrez had struggled away at Bournemouth and Stoke because of the tactics of the other teams, maybe Claudio thought Norwich would be similar. Then the Southampton game was just about keeping the same team that won the previous week.
To suggest Ranieri would drop our player of the season based on one performance is laughable, and surely he deserves more credit than that.

Give me an effective player over a technically gifted player all day long.
Taarabt was technically gifted.
-
I see things like this written about Vardy all the time
"It's a strange one because he should be shit. He looks like he should be shit and he's not a great footballer. But he scores loads of goals!"What utter bollocks. So many people mentioning how he's not a good footballer, or a 'technically gifted footballer'Why do people care about what he looks like, and who are these people that are so clued up on what a 'technically gifted' footballer is. In my mind, scoring 9 goals in the Premier League makes you a technically gifted footballer. -
Us being bottom is bad enough.....but spurs 5th

They've finished 4th, 5th or 6th since 2008/2009.
Nothing like reading way too much into the first 4 games of the season.
-
I'm particularly referring to his prediction of us finishing bottom.
That is not going to happen. If you really think it will, I'm prepare to bet you a lot of money. Let me know.
I'm not predicting anything, I don't personally think it will happen either, but it could easily happen.
I'm simply saying it's brave to have a go at someone for their pre-season prediction 4 games into the season. I doubt any City fans could have expected us to be bottom for the majority of last season after our good start.
-
John Cross.
Maybe some one should go on Twitter and remind him of his pre-season predictions...
Twat.

That could all realistically happen, so I wouldn't.

Anyone watching Derby v Forest?
Close your eyes and it just sounds like one of our games. Every single Derby chant is one we sing.

There has to be some way to work in Cambiassoooo to Rocking All Over The World by Status Quo.
"Don't you knowwww-oh, Esteban Cambiassooo" instead of "Here we goooo-oh, rocking all over the world."
I'll get me coat.

Yeah, astounding amount of bellends about yesterday which was a shame. I've seen Kasabian/Oasis numerous times and there's always a few dickheads at those gigs, but yesterday was jam packed. Saying that, down at the front during the set I thought the atmosphere was nice, whenever someone fell down people picked them up. Also some guy with a rucksack was going round stealing phones so a group of people managed to get it off him and get him chucked out which was good.
Thought the gig was great, clearly meant a lot to the band and it didn't disappoint.
Also I need that Les-tah t shirt.

Incase people are wondering where the owners are, Top was in Amsterdam yesterday randomly, I had to stop him on his bike to shake his hand.
Didn't look like it was a business trip if anyone is hoping for an Ajax player.
