  1. I'm on the direct debit scheme which automatically renews unless you tell them otherwise. I'm guessing that if you're not set up for direct debit and pay with a one-off payment they won't renew unless you tell them otherwise.
  2. I've been a ST holder for the last 19 years. Seen the highs and the lows but I've given up. I can't stand this possession for possession's sake football. it's dreadful to watch. Going down for the past few seasons has a felt like a legacy obligation rather than an enjoyment. I sent the cancel email with a heavy heart but once I got the confirmation it felt like a weight has been lifted.
  3. If you look at the numbers: 20,000 season ticket holders. 75% have mobile tickets (I'm sure I read the club said 25% kept their card) = 15,000. Let's say the spilt between Apple & Android is 50/50, that leaves approximately 7,500 not being able to get in.
  4. My ticket still hasn't shown up. So I rang the club and they've said they've got problems with the Android system and have issued me a single ticket to download for tomorrow's match. Which I've received and all looks good. My concern is that there are going to be an awful lot of people turning up tomorrow, probably not realising they won't get in, and clogging up the turnstiles.
  5. Same here. I rang yesterday and they said it should be in the wallet by Friday. I wish they'd communicate better and keep the supporters informed.
  6. How hard is it for the club to keep the supporters informed if there is a problem? There's a lot of people who are using a mobile ticket for the first time, unsure of how it all works and if there's a problem the club should let them know to ease any concerns. Too busy flooding people's phones with notifications for crappy videos rather than important stuff.
  7. I'm sure it's exactly the same. I don't use Iphones so I can't test.
  8. For anyone who is new to the mobile ticketing this year (like me). 1. Download the LCFC app onto your phone 2. Sign in to the app 3. Tap your name in the top right corner 4. From the pulldown menu, tap season tickets. 5. You will then see the option to download the mobile pass to your Google/Android wallet. You should all be set then!
  9. What a convoluted and confusing way of doing things. I thought the link had sent me to the wrong page until I came on to this thread for clearer instructions.
