Still not convinced. In the last month, Aiyawatt has sacked someone who has been an award winning CEO and re-signed a murky AF principle sponsor. He's then overseen tensions boil over as they did at Carrow Road and the club statement that followed.

His next step is to record a video 'to the fans' from a literal ivory tower and appoint an MD with surely one of the weakest CVs a new football MD has ever had. This was his big reset, his new start but it just feels so amatuer and naive.

He's taken an underperforming senior leadership team at the lowest ebb of their tenure out of the picture and replaced them with himself and a mid-level supply chain manager. Somehow he's made a really bad, dysfunctional board even worse.

Sadly I feel this is spot on. I just don't think he has it in him to be a successful business man like his father.

This has the feeling its going to get an awful lot worse.

  3. This is woeful. It feels like last year all over again.

Everyone saying we have too much for the Championship...? Hmmm. Fullbacks are dreadful, midfield invisible...but then we know this from last year.

I know its only the second game, but looking to the bench today and yeah, we are screaming mid table mediocrity at the mo.

Vardy, Ward and Iversen are all out of contract in June, which clears £200k a week off the wage bill. Get a decent sum for Hermansen, cash in on Faes (who is apparently wanted by Galatasaray,) bin off Vestergaard and organise another loan for Kristiansen with an agreement that the loaning club pays most or all of his wages and it could be fixable.

The financial situation probably forces us to promote youth players as well - Alves, Nelson, Monga and Evans to start with.

I would argue that our scenario is somewhat different to Luton and Sheffield United and is probably reasonably fixable.

Come on now.... Ward is nailed on to get a new 4 year contract
