Northants Fox Posted 23 September 2005 Posted 23 September 2005 A storm surge has breached an industial canal in the City, water is running into the City again. But Galveston is expected to face the full force of the High Winds and Heavy Rain. They also say Port Arther close to the Shell Oil refinery will also take the full force, and it's not likely to blow out quickly as it's very slow moving they're saying it will be around for 16 hours :eek:
