Ash Posted 6 September 2004 Posted 6 September 2004 ...That about a season back , when we was in Administration & the players took a wage deferal, Micky & the board agreed to put a new clause in his contract , Which was he can't be sacked while under contract at LCFC, or else a massive pay off would be arranged for MA !! - So basically he has had a new clause but in his contract which is he cant be sacked I dont know how true this is , but if it is true then MA is hear for the next few years Atleast

Guest Posted 7 September 2004 Posted 7 September 2004 I wouldn't be at all surprised; he's allowed players to have get-out clauses in their contracts, why not guarantee your job for a few years whilst you're at it. The parallels between LCFC and England are too spooky.....
