BMR Posted 11 October 2004 Posted 11 October 2004 Well , well , well there was some good use of words today, all handled very dignified! considering six, yes SIX of the board members wanted Adams out a month ago, they settled for a dignified departure with Adams getting a payout but not as much as if he'd been sacked while at the same time giving Adams public full backing, making it a lot easier for him to walk into another position. Saved us money, got the board the result the majority wanted and left Adams dignity intact, infact even improved it some!, briiliant work everyone involved.
