Fox in a Box Posted 30 October 2006 Share Posted 30 October 2006 Preston Promotion For Season Ticket Holders Leicester City are again rewarding their season-ticket holders for their dedicated and valued support with an exclusive special offer for the Championship clash against Preston North End at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday, November 18. A total of 28,762 people watched the Foxes last home league clash against Crystal Palace, City's biggest crowd since the opening game of the 2004/05 season against West Ham United. It was also the highest Championship crowd of the weekend and this was followed by a crowd of 27,288 for the Carling Cup clash against Aston Villa. The club are now hoping to replicate these attendances over the coming weeks and months. Therefore, for EVERY additional match ticket a season-ticket holder purchases for the game against The Lilywhites, the club are offering them a £5 discount voucher towards their 2007/08 season-ticket. They will also be rewarded with a £5 voucher to spend in the City Megastore if they spend over £25 (valid until Thursday, November 30). Manager Rob Kelly has been quick to praise the efforts of the Blue Army and has asked the fans to continue to support their team to the hilt. He said: "The crowds have been fantastic and their support gives all of us a massive boost. "We are all in this together and I genuinely believe we are moving in the right direction. "Our fans mean a lot to this football club and have a major part to play in bringing the good times back to the Walkers Stadium." http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/...~919795,00.html
