What is criminal about that? Exactly, the punishment was fair enough. It's just a shame the FA are afraid to hand out the same type of treatment to Football League clubs when they cock up. For instance when Leeds had 6 loan players in their squad, which is a violation of the rules, yet they only got a measly fine.
