Unit Posted 13 April 2007 Posted 13 April 2007 I know the title is a bit broad but I thought i might aswell have a crack at it. So, what's the best musical/sporting MOMENT of your life? As it's so broad i'll let you list a few Mine: 1) I was about 15/16, pissed up and already buzzing off the fact i'd been served at the pub last year (was a right babyface you see), then we went 2-0 down to spurs (can you see where this is going?) then the 2-2 draw made me very happy... until Mr De Vries, our most unreliable striker at the time comes face to face with Englands Number 1.... mini orgasm right there. I've seen tigers win a european cup, city win 2 league cups but for some reason that goal against spurs was special, the way we were in the fooking pits, 3rd from bottom and they were 4th in the premiership. Class. 2) Anybody could include stuff like losing their virginity, holding their new baby brother etc, but for me, fook that, Tigers (yes, rugby) were playing at Trent Bridge, euro semi, (don't worry, I spat a lot), 12-10 down or something, last kick of the game, penalty in their own half, our fly half (kicker) gave the ball a massive hit, it hit the side post, then the middle and rolled over, there was about 5 seconds where i swear to god i was actually pooing myself, we didn't know if it was over until the big screen showed some welsh fans hold their heads in their hands.... hahahaaaaa.. 3) I went to V festival last year, it was shit except this moment, i got pissed up as ever and went off to watch faithless for a laugh, (somebody might've given me a tablet maybe, paracetamol yeah?) and i must say it was the most enjoyable few hours of my short lived life. class. I reckon there's more but im a bit intoxicated and shall think in a bit. TATA
