Can anyone help out with Max Appeal - Di George Syndrome Charity

Hello there folks,

Craig Adams here. I am suffering from a condition known as Di George Syndrome, it's other term is 22 Q 11 Deletion. I was diagnosed with the Syndrome when I was 14 year's old, I have had all of my life but only found out what it was when I was 14 years old. I have got loads of different problems, such as Small Hole In My Heart, Leg Pains, Webbed Fingers, Co-Ordination Problems, lots of other different problems with me.

And other Children and Adults suffer even worser symptons than me, I have a close charity to my heart it's called Max Appeal there based in Stourbridge, West Midlands. They are wanting £50,000 pounds per annual year, They broke it last year which was excellent.
