Claymore Posted 17 March 2005 Posted 17 March 2005 I have just voted on the Coca-Coplafootball competition and notice that we are in 19th position with some 2100 votes. Having then checked the full table, I find that Leeds are showing over 21,000 votes with QPR and Aberdeen showing similarly inflated figures. I may be wrong (don't think so) but there is no way these figures are genuine. They have found a way of cheating. Figures of 5700 ish for the Shaggers and 3200 odd for the scum, although considerably more than us are at least believeable. Anyone know how this is being done? because IMHO we get them disqualified or cheat aswell. Rob.
Vardinhio Posted 17 March 2005 Posted 17 March 2005 well. I noticed you can actually make up an email address etc and enter so whats stopping sad willy puller from just upping their numbers.
foxilescom Posted 17 March 2005 Posted 17 March 2005 Read the message boards of the clubs concerned. Made up names, email addresses and mobile phone numbers. Great to inflate your figures and look like you are in the top 3, but no good if Mr E. Land Road , of [email protected] or 0790 9999999 gets drawn out of the hat to win tickets or the big prize , and guess what he can't be contacted, the prize is lost, its re-drawn and somebody who has voted legally gets the prize. A am sure that many of Leeds votes are valid though as they are a big club. I look at a club like Sunderland, big club, big support, just a bit above us in the voting table. If we stay near them, voting every day with legal votes, we wont do so bad. If anybody wins any tickets, please post on here. If you havent voted today, please do so http://www.coca-colafootball.co.uk
