Guest Posted 16 August 2008 Posted 16 August 2008 Could it be that these cheaper offers are somewhat linked to the newly implemented traffic pricing (e.g. road toll) in the London Area? I think that allows the city or GLA to splash out more cash on/subsiding public transportation. No idea without looking into it to be honest, but it's been there or thereabouts at that price for the last few years if I remember correctly.
