craigadams22 Posted 11 March 2009 Posted 11 March 2009 Hello there everyone, Craig Adams here. I suffer from DiGeorge Syndrome (22q11 deletion), I help raise awareness & money for a charity called Max Appeal. Now Max Appeal are a charity which is based in Stourbridge, West Midlands, UK. They've been going over 10 years now & they help out families who have someone suffering from DiGeorge Syndrome within them, It's mostly younger babies & children with the condition "but" now adults are coming forward who have got DiGeorge, I do our local Carnival's - Hinckley's & Nuneaton's each year to raise money for different charities - Max Appeal are run by Julie & Paul Wootton they had a son called Max but he sadly died from this unknown Syndrome well over 10 years ago since then Doctors plus different research have helped to give a name to this Syndrome. That's why I am helping out Max Appeal by spreading there name & the Syndrome they have family meetings, day trips out for the whole family, Yearly annual meeting, newsletters, website etc & Max Appeal's target per year is £50,000 pounds to raise. So please take a few moment's & give just a few pence or a few pounds to help out Max Appeal: Click on this website: http://www.justgiving.com/craigadams2009 Thank You So Much Yours Captain.Cubbio2009
