Steve McClaren is one of the best coaches I’ve ever seen, and he’s done our SAQ awards. We keep believing what the papers say all the time. We have some outstanding coaches and some very good managers. Look at Harry Redknapp. What did he do to turn around Spurs? He turned around to the players and told them that they were employed to play their style of play and to go and play that way. He’s a man manager.
