£16-19,000 per annum depending on experience

that is more of a junior/graduate position salary isn't it?

Ideally we require someone with a bit more experience than a junior, that can hit the ground running so to speak. At the moment we cannot budget for higher, however, the company is progressing quickly and the successful candidate would be inline to progress their career accordingly. The prospective candidates would have to judge the opportunity for themselves.
