After the loss against Watford it kind of summed up our season after the cardiff game on saturday aswell. Once again we have failed gain back to back wins, but this is irrevelant as its the same as always we perform against tougher oppostion e.g southampton, cardiff etc but are lacklustre and disapointing against teams such as barnsley, watford, millwall and doncaster.

A good question i ask is are we any better off this season in achieving promotion to the premiership now then what we was when sven was sacked. i personally believe if we would of kept with sven we would be in the play offs now, however the owners felt change was needed and hired Pearson.

Now im not saying perason should be sacked i believe that would be a terrible decision just as he is now beginning to put his own stamp on the team again exactly the same as sven he bought how many players and was not even given until christmas to see how we sat in the table by christmas.

Some people are saying who they think should be out in the summer we am only in mid febuary its a bit far to be looking at that however players like steve howard and matt oakley should be released.

What worries me is leicester in the transfer market e.g the signing of wes morgan. we have mills, st ledger, bamba and tunchev already at the club.

whilst on centre backs what happens now sol bamba is soon due back from african nations of cup, iv been very impressed with st ledger so if somebody needs to be dropped for bamba it should be mills as he hasnt been worth 5 million at all. However could wellens not be dropped and play bamba in a more central midfield holding role as he is very confident bringing the ball out plus would give us defensivley more options and allow drinkwater (warrant he starts) playing in front of him.

On an other note it would be nice to see more of the youth come through to see what they can do, schlupp did well but injuries have set him back, the lad laurrihas been labelled as possibly being brilliant in the future could we not start bringing him into the squad and introduce him as a substitution.

if we dont go up this season which i dont think we will, i hope in the summer we dont sack pearson and throw a cheque book at the new manager but just make two or three max new signings but not squad players actuall quality players who can improve the first team performances i dont know in what positions that will be more debatable in the summer.
