Neither. We just knew where our priorities lay. If it meant living off beans on toast for a month, Leicester City - and in this instance Clubcall - was first and foremost. I don't think I've spoken to my Dad about anything other than Leicester for about 25 years.

Can't remember how I stopped using it other than pressure from my parents to stop wasting one minute on it once a week! Certainly not the £15 a month Karljohn mentions!! I think my mum even loomed over me with a stopwatch whilst I was listening in
tomtom Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 I remember once seeing it say on teletext we were gonna sign Georgie Kinkladze, that was the only time I rang up, me and my dad sat next to the phone with it on loud speaker. (He never signed) I was talking to Neil Lennon once and he told me one of the players (think it could of been Muzzy) started this rumour for a laugh, egging one of their friends to put money on it as well
