Guest Daniel Posted 2 February 2005 Share Posted 2 February 2005 Coventry have taken American international Kerry Zavagnin on trial, the defensive midfielder spent last season in the MLS with Kansas City Wizards where he played 29 games, scoring once and getting two assists, he also made one back save, whatever that means? He is 30 years of age and has played for the USA national side 6 times. He does not require a work permit as he qualifies for Irish citizenship, he would be the third American to represent Coventry after Roy Wegerle and Cobi Jones who both had spells with the club during the 1990's Only 30? Adams is signing younger players by the day.
