Players will need to be registered and logged in before they can enter the private game. When logged in, clicking the following URL will take you to the join game page:

http://batracer.com/-cj?&D&14610

Alternativly, you can select "private games" from the menu and enter the number "14610" into the box. The game password is "foxestalk". Take care not to accidentally join a public game by mistake.

 Let the games begin

Games Will not start untill we have at least 10 people but There should be around 14 this time

Heres A quick (Or not so) guide to Bat7's:

BAT Seven Challenge

This is a legacy carset dating back before even the Alpha F1 2002 test series! Rather than leave it unfinished, it has now been roughly modernised to allow players to take part - though please allow for some aspects of this car series which are not quite up to the standard of the others.

Qualifying

This is intended as a club kitcar type series, as a consequence qualifying is determined by your live practice (warmup) times!

This maximises the racing and also introduces a live element to qualifying not currently seen elsewhere on BATracer.

Race Weekend

Race 1 - The first race is a short race with a grid order determined by your practice times.

Race 2 - There is an additional warmup period to allow you to hone your setup, but this race is much longer. Starting grid is determined by the finishing order from the previous race!

Car Building

During driver signup you may have noticed a multitude of chassis, engine and tyre options. These allow you to build a package to suit your strategy. There is no one "perfect" package, and success will be deterined by getting the most out of what you are driving rather than simply choosing "the best car".

Car Setup Options

This series is unique in having a field of cars with a varying number of different setup options. Cars with more setup options are generally faster, but harder to setup and produce more headaches if the weather changes.

Like V8 Supercars, it is tricky to get setup feedback in this series.

Tyres

Each tyre manufacture provides slick and wet tyres, but also two different road tyres - which should be considered as hard wearing Intermediates.

Points

1st - 20

2nd - 16

3rd - 14

6th - 8

7th - 6

8th - 5

9th - 4

12th - 1

In addition there are bonus points available for fastest lap and most laps led.

How will qualifying work? I know it's by your pratice times and everything but surely somebody is at a disadvantage in the team whoever does their laps first? :dunno::unsure:

The best idea is to save 1 lap for the sprint races.

I.e

Do your 5/6 laps (Or however many) and then wait untill the whole team has done their laps, then set another lap using their set up.

Should stop giving my tips to people.

Well you are my team mate

Ahh, that makes sense

Well i'd advise you to join a team, instead of create a new one..

Feel free to join mine though, you sound pretty promising apart from the number of races you've finished :P
