We’ll Walk Your Dog.

I still maintain it begins when we backed Rodgers in the summer before 21/22.
All those signings. None of the outgoings as usual to balance the books. It was a massive punt.
After having been backed, Rodgers then turned around and bitched about the quality of the players at his disposal when Forest dumped us out of the cup. To turn around and complain about your lot then was a true marker that accountability had left the building.
Rodgers would happily take the plaudits for the FA Cup win, absolutely will not accept the role he played in the subsequent slide in standards - standards that he himself bitched about, all the while continuing to select absolute passengers week in week out.
We gave him too much, and everything fell apart after that.

I take issue with the ranking for “errors leading to shots” and “errors leading to goals”.
We’re clearly ranked #1 in those categories. Give us some credit!

You can only go on their respective records, Marti was capable of winning games and scoring 3 goals in a game.
Rowett also had the benefit of the additional players signed late in the window.
Based on their points per game and goals per match they are worlds apart.
Well before we give the late window signings as the advantage for Gaz… keep in mind they weren’t signed under him or for him, so it’s not like it was much of an advantage.
One of them was Richards, filling our favourite absent forward role. The other was Strollin’ Joe Aribo to fill the massively overpaid-underutilized position vacated by Soumare. We also brought Mukasa who has been used and Jamaal who might finally be fit two months later.
The winter window isn’t much of an advantage.

Who else though?? King who has a 0% win ratio and won't want it.
I'd rather just forfeit the games. They basically are anyway.
Might as well forfeit at this point… three 3-0s might end up being a better result than the shit we’ll serve up over the next three matches if we actually “play”.

The EFL should show some mercy next season and make us play our games behind closed doors.
Save the fans from this utter shit.

Inching ever closer to being more than six points adrift so we can’t blame the points deduction for relegation.
Fair play to the lads, they’re doing it of their own accord rather than letting the administrators have the last word.

I think he’s planning changes.

The urgency comes with Ayew, subbed on in the last six minutes. Obviously.

Remember back in about 2003, Luton Town did the whole Manager Idol thing.
That.

Ademola Lookman man, wins a team the europa league single handedly then fires one of europes finest into a UCL semi, wasn’t good enough for Leicester though.
He was, we just couldn’t afford him because some gimps spaffed the transfer budget - and then some - on a bunch of barely benchwarming nobodies on silly salaries and didn’t think to countenance the possibility that bloating the squad in the hopes of Champions League football was maybe a tad risky.
Had we not gambled so spectacularly in the summer of 21/22, we probably could’ve afforded to keep Lookman on for 22/23 and beyond.

I predict a few will pull out with 'injuries' in the week, because they won't want to face the music or play in a stadium so close to the pitch.
Kristiansen anticipated this day of reckoning and pulled out months ago.

If Winks’ contract isn’t up in June I could see us being stuck with him next season.
Can’t pay him off. Can’t see anyone paying to take him away. Don’t see him taking a pay cut to leave.
Winks alone probably blows our entire playing budget in League One.
We will need a genuine fire sale - the kind we should’ve had in June 2023. We’ll end up selling Monga (United) and sending Souttar and Kristiansen out on loan. The rest will probably still be here with the odd few leaving for a pittance.

I wonder what the title of her song about him would be.
She’s already penned a few singles with him in mind.

Just the 12 corners today and about one chance
In fairness our free kick routine resulted in a goal, so that’s something.

No need to analyse our run in mate, we're done. There's not a team in the four leagues I'd back us to beat
Well there’s one useless bunch of tossers in the 92 that we could have a shot against.
Ourselves. Although we’d probably manage to snatch a draw from the jaws of victory.

Pros:
probably won’t go out of business
sports direct might sell Leicester mugs
might sign Henri Saivet
Cons:
a truly miserable existence as a football club
no ambition
he wears bootcut jeans
probably votes reform
Did he also not at one point employ Dennis Wise as part of the footballing brain at Newcastle?

3 points adrift.
The players really are doing everything they can to make sure it’s not the deduction that relegates us.

Six generously supplied minutes to give us a sporting chance of rescuing a discreditable draw at home against a team on the beach.
