Rudders loves a send out on loan with an option to buy. That doesn't get taken up and the player leaves on a free. Watch this space!

Could build an entire XI of academy players.
Bausor
Aluko - Gray - Wilson-Brown - Ali
Braybrooke - Cartwright - Page
Evans - Hutchinson - Alves
That's assuming Nelson and Monga get sold.Imagine paying premier league season ticket prices to watch this lot!!!
I know some will say, I would prefer to watch the homegrown players....but still!!

After a busy couple of weeks organising a huge event like they did it's only fair the board have a well earned break before getting back to the real work...

Does anyone have any faith in this management team appointing a decent manager?
No chance.
Need Rudkin gone first with him removed from the appointment process

How he survived the previous relegation I do not know. Back to back (surely no chance).
Clearly out of his depth. Is incompetence is costing top millions of pounds a year

Genuinely thought he would have kept us up. Just didn't get going unfortunately so it's simply a no from me. He played his part in this years relegation.

genuinely, bomb out as many of the senior players as possible and start with a core of: Stolarcyk; Aluko, Nelson, Gray, Thomas; Braybrooke, Cartwright, Page; Evans, Hutchinson, Alves.
Needs supplementing with some senior pros (emphasis on professionals), like last league one campaign with Berner and Powell, and a new keeper and left back, but I would back that team to beat the current first team tbh
I stopped reading after Stolarcyk...

Will he be on a contract like players and managers or is he treated like a permanent employee? If he's a permanent employee we can just let him go without paying him out like you would need to do with a contract.
The reason you have contracts is so that the person isn't snatched up by other clubs but there's no risk of that with Rudkin.
Good point. He will be on a permanent contract won't he

If the rumours of £300k a year are correct, he isn't walking away from that
