One of my friends is a manager and with all of the teams he has managed he tells them to remove headphones before getting off the coach. Makes the players listen to the stick they are getting from home fans to use as motivation and helps prepare them better for the more hostile environments

In all seriousness, why won't the club go full strength and give the fans a day out at Wembley for their continued support. Instead they will go all big time and the under 18s will get experience in losing to a Division 1 side to get knocked out
