Clear free kick anywhere else on the pitch. Rules are no different inside the box, which is why you don't go flying into tackles there. You learn this in the U-8s.
You’ll face harder tackles at u8’s and not go down.

Minimal contact on the back leg but he was falling already...
I wish they’d stop giving these penalties, just because there’s contact doesn’t mean it’s a pen, wasn’t enough to send him down and as you say was already on his way.

At times we’ve played some of the best football I’ve seen this tournament so far.

They do need to let him build his own team around him, I think cooper was the last one allowed to bring in his own team.

Did anyone listen to the RL podcast?
the journalist Nick Mashiter made reference to a number of interested managers backing off due to a lack of autonomy. Felt like RL took that to be a positive sign of the DOF having control but I heard it the potential managers felt Rudkin was going to continue calling shots
He said the same thing when we were looking for a director of football.

There was no contact.

I can see the clubs pr now going on a drive to improve rudkins image, expect plenty of faked natural shots of him looking friendly and approachable.
It’ll be like when the Labour Party told Gordon Brown to smile more, it’ll end making the kids cry and scaring old women.

We hired an out of work Rowett after 4 losses because no one else wanted the job.
Nick Mashitter reported on radio Leicester that people were turning down the director of football job because they didn’t want to work with Rudkin and ayawatt.
I think we need to realise that no ****er wants to work with these clowns. I’ve given up on going after the managers, all protests and venom needs to be directed towards ayawatt and rudkin.

Well we are not getting much more fitter with pass pass ball incoming 🙄 😒
They seem to have forgotten to practice the bit where they might have to run back to our end to defend
Seemed like we also forgot the bit where we had to run forward to attack for a lot of the season too.

Speaking to someone a couple of weeks back and at that point only one box had renewed from last season. People didn’t renew after relegation from the prem because they didn’t drop prices, assuming the same now, people aren’t going to pay prem prices for league 1 football.

Remember back in Mexico 86 there was scandal about poor referring. Think back then they just used local league refs.
Let some Argentinian dwarf punch the ball into the net.

Not necessarily so. I know a few who have got season tickets for the first time who are firmly king power out.

Rudkin is going to end up managing us at this rate.
I had a dream last year that he was manager. We were playing free flowing fast paced football and were ripping the league apart, while all the fans in the stadium shuffled in an awkward silence looking at their feet

I was pleasantly surprised that no-one had a go at me when I changed my FB cover photo to a King Power out one (I used the placard about Rudkin from the protest before QPR). Even got a couple of likes.
Speak to plenty of fellow supporters - my own mates, plus others I see in my local on match days. Most people want KP gone, although many say they're sorry it's come to this.
I did have one person say "really?" and looked mildly surprised when I said we needed new owners but he didn't say anymore so gave me no reasons.
I realise that's not really answering your question but made me think that the tide is turning.
6 hours ago, Dan said:I was pretty pleasantly surprised when I saw a woman at work for the first time in about five years, a few months back, big LCFC fan, who always struck me as a little bit happy clappy suggest we need new ownership totally unprompted from me. I think more do believe this than a lot of us want to think. People have a breaking point. At the end of the day, we are literally in the lowest position in our entire history. Even those who spent so much time while the decline was obvious making excuses for it and how it had been worse can't do that anymore. The penny has definitely dropped for plenty.
I mean wanting Rudkin out is pretty much unanimous at this point. Maybe a third relegation in four years on top of his own position being strengthened may be what finally did it.
This is my experience too. I speak to plenty of supporters, through friends, family, pub but also a lot through work. Pretty much everyone is king power out, even the ones that were supportive a little while back. The rudkin promotion seems to have really turned a lot and then the relegation brought the rest in.
I think the few staunch defenders people mention on facebook (I’m not on Facebook so haven’t seen) really are a very small handful of people shouting very loudly.

Which means he has no update. If it'll wait until tomorrow, then it's probably not news really is it? If he had anything that was genuinely emerging, he'd be getting it out there ASAP to be the first to break the news. Absolute BS merchant.
Absolutely.

This is most relevant part of the Fan Reps letter
However, progress is frustratingly slow, and we want to reassure you we are continuing to press the club on this. We hope that now changes have been completed at senior level at the club and our new CEO and sporting director are in place, more regular and meaningful
communication about the club’s footballing intentions and direction will be made – while understanding, of course, that this will always need to be done in a way that does not give any advantageous knowledge to our competitors.
We have specifically asked the club to communicate properly with fans about the club’sfootballing direction ahead of the start of the new season and they have committed to keeping us informed about progress with this.Keeping us informed about the progress to communicate
What a load of bollocks, just a jumble of words to fob the fans off when they have no intention of communicating.

Will this double relegation and financial concerns affect the girls academy? Has anything been said? I know someone trialing.
They lost a lot of good players and coaches a few years back when they did away with the acadamy teams and became an ETC, doing it on the cheap and doing the bare minimum they could get away with for it to be called an ETC.

He's still a Leicester player until end of june I guess. But didn't Bilal sign for Stuttgart already?
I know but it just seems laughable that they’ve included them when they most likely won’t set foot in the building again.
