Great result for the Socceroos… they go on and win this group comfortably now. Giving them a third place team in the next round. I think the way they play they’ll cause some headaches for one of the big boys later in the tournament.

Have they really though? They’ve had a lot of the ball, but that’s the way Paraguay play.

I don’t know what the XG is for the game, but I’d be amazed if the US is above the 3 they have.

Not really, other than the goals USA haven’t really had too many chances.

It’s been a mix of poor organisation at the back by Paraguay and some clinical US finishing. 
I don’t think US have been that good really, they’ve not been bad and they’ve taken advantage of the mistakes at the back and lack of discipline.

Interesting watching this, Paraguay in qualifying were built on being highly organised and grinding out 1-0 wins. Next to no possession, and hitting teams on the break. Think Arsenal in the George Graham era… boring, boring Paraguay…

Today they look a shambles at the back, they are so disorganised and haven’t turned up at all. 
interesting to see what they do second half, if they don’t change something this will finish 5+. 

Who ever goes down West Ham or Spurs will be in for him and he will 100% go there.
