I don't want to judge or gatekeep. Everyone is different. I can understand a simple 'support the team through thick and thin' philosophy.

I think utter silence and despondence would probably have been more effective than booing anyway.

It's the clapping of another failed performance after an incredibly long string of failed performances that really bemuses me. How does this not prompt a reaction from even the most 'loyal' and 'supportive' fans?

I want to judge and I am judging. They are ****ing idiots. They've been doing it all season and continue now we are at our lowest point (to date).

It wont prompt a reaction because they are brainwashed. The Facebook post above is a prime example of people out there.

I mean, I get supporting the team, but to actually clap is grotesque. Unless it was made with some wild sarcasm.

I can understand the anger, but at best you'd think the remaining fans would be looking with crossed arms looking dejected. To actually clap... Wow.

Those clapping were of a certain age demographic, who happily sit down there week in week out with their ****ing flasks and sandwiches, blindly clapping like robotic pensioners.

  3. I wish I felt something. I don't. I've had moments of anger this season. Now I just shrug and crack on with my life when I see the results. I say that as a season ticket holder who has been to one game since October. Ive been to Anstey Nomads more.

  4. If we can get Jame, Mukasa and Fatawu on the pitch we may stand a chance of out scoring teams.

Today's game - Stoke had one tactic, which was get the ball out wide and cross it in. Hardly ever tried to prevent the crosses.

Feels like 2pts lost but that first half was dreadful. Rowatt has his work cut out to make us more competitive for a full 90.

There was a debate about whether Monga was a 'generational talent' earlier in the year. Anyone who has seen Rio Ngumoha play cameos for Liverpool this year can't have failed to see that Monga isn't currently fit to lace his boots (pace, goal threat, general play is miles apart), Max Dowman's few appearances in the premier league and Europe also show that he's miles ahead of Monga in his general play.

I want Stola, Page, Monga, Braybrooke, Aluko, Evans and Nelson to be the backbone of Leicester's future or at least help to fund it by being excellent and being bought for massive transfer fees. But you can't ignore what's in front of you.

Monga looks VERY skilful but doesn't look to have any pace or strength in his running v adult players. This could develop as he's only young, but doesn't stand him out vs 17 yo's who DO have adult running power when they break through ie Raheem Sterling, Jermaine Pennant, Rooney, Owen,

Braybrooke has great attributes but may just find a level lower than prem/championship,

Stola can't do crosses, sometimes falls to bit under pressure on the ball. Looks a good if not GREAT shotstopper.

Page looks great on the ball but it's impossible to say where he will end up.

Aluko  looks competitive but nothing to make you super excited that he's the next Rio Ferdinand

Nelson currently looks quite weak for a 21 year old in comparison to proper excellent players.

    Evans - no idea

Rio Ngumoha and Max Dowman are making cameo appearances in well established Premier League teams. One of which is likely to win the Premier League this year. They are surrounded by world class players and are having their minutes managed accordingly.

Nobody can deny that Monga was a breath of fresh air when he came into the setup last season. Mainly due to how shite the rest of the team was. This season there's been more expectation on him whereas your two examples are players who can play relatively freely.

Ability wise we have some fantastic young lads coming through but our club is a mess and unfortunately it doesn't feel like a good environment for bleeding in the youth. In time this could change though but that might be wishful thinking.

  6. I spent the best part of 15+ years convincing myself that I wasn't a lover of football, just Leicester City. Home or Away, Leicester was my priority. I've been a season ticket holder since we were in League 1. I can't even remember the last game I've been to this season and I couldn't tell you when I am likely to return either.

The past 3 or 4 years I've slowly fell out of love with Leicester City and fallen back in love with football. Not the shite crab football we see in the Premier League or the terrible football in the Championship we see week in week out but semi-pro football. Clubs like Anstey Nomads is where the real joy for football has returned. It's a proper cliche but its blood and guts football. A bit more direct, mixed in with some decent football. Fans mixing together and pints on the terraces.

Leicester City will always been my club but I am struggling to support this current regime both on and off the pitch. I can handle being shit but what I can't handle is a lack of effort on the pitch and dishonesty from the owner/board.

  7. Is there anything that sums up how idiotic this group of players are than at the end of that game..

Ayew plays in a decent ball and we score. We get a FK and ****ing Hamza takes it.

To make matters worse, a minute later Hamza gets caught ball watching. Literally stood like a ****ing statue.

Manager can **** off with all the team.

These stats are horrible, 13 tackles to just three and they’re pressing/winning duels much more as well. IMG_7794.thumb.png.835056d63fb422a0b32c9cbdb1163c54.png

Shocking yet not surprisingly having seen the running stats. We have a bunch of dickheads who don't run, don't press, play football one paced, who dont give a shit. Managed by a useless ****.

It's painfully obvious our centre backs, central midfielders and strikers aren't good enough to play a 4-2-3-1.

The best way forward is to drop the attacking midfielders and play 5-3-2.

    .              Begovic

    .     Nelson Veste Okoli

    . Pereira                    Thomas

    .     Skipp Hamza James

    .          Ayew Carranza(?)

It's a crap team but having the entire spine of the team out of its depth to accommodate some fun wingers clearly isn't working.

Yet we continue playing a slow 4-2-3-1 that wasn't good before everyone scouted it, arrogantly thinking it will click sooner or

Oh god no. I didn't think things. Could get worse 😢

I am curious about the etiquette around financial contribution towards Christmas Dinners?   I am hosting this year for second time and I got asked by my mum whether if I want financial contributions.

I would have been happy covering the cost and to ask others to bring a dish or two for evening buffet.

I am hosting this year. My brother did previous year.

We typically just delegate certain things. Someone will get the crackers (who knew how expensive they were), someone may get puddings or even cook a couple of items for the dinner. Those hosting will provide the meat. Although now thinking about it, I am sure my brother charged me before, so I may have to rethink this year
