If Maguire does leave, Ake is the replacement I would want us to sign. 4Omillion not a bad price for Ake either. Potentially could sell Maguire and get Ake and Tielemans for same price.

If we are going to spend that amount on a replacement I would like to think we go in for Nathan Ake. Personally think he fits the mould of our team well.

Tielemans and Depay for sure. Possibly get those with the Maguire money would be superb transfer. I do think we will end up with Dan James from Swansea instead of someone of Depay's ilk.

Agreed, if we don't sign Tielemans, then Neves would be ideal and be better than our current options. Other than Neves no one from there starting II, I would take over ours.

They do use the same agent for most of their main transfers. Neves and Moutinho most likely the only names people have heard of which would command big agents fees at a guess. And Jimenez just being made permanent now from his loan and so that agents fee would not be included in the list. They have had some brilliant signings since the deal with mendes.

Would you spend the other 3Omillion on Nathan Ake to replace Maguire ? Proven premiership defender. I think he would be a useful replacement, and for Maguire and Silva could get Tielemans and Ake.

Its the right decision in the end. I do think we will keep the policy of bringing the youth through. Puel did that well, he was just not the man to get the best out of them.

Unfortunately most posts will turn to a Puel bashing as there is such a huge divide into the opinion of the current manager. Whatever that case may be, it is nice to see Tottenham bottling it and for how many people say they are a great club these past ten years they can not even compare to what we have won.

Was our best player last night for me. The tackle on Gabriel after Maddisons error, his tackle on the sideline putting Zinchenko out of play. Better on the ball than I thought. Ndidi has dropped his form last few months and either needs a rest for a few games or to be dropped. Would certainly start Hamza this weekend. Kasper Ricardo, Morgan, Maguire, Fuchs Hamza and Mendy Albrighton Maddison Gray Vardy Something like this I would go for.

Wouldn't agree with massive error. He was alright last night. Not his fault for the goal and overall he was pretty solid and looked good with Maguire. He is having to learn the language and is playing in a new league. With a team who are as exciting as watching paint dry. Soyuncu looks good on the ball and tries to bring it out from the back. Just as seen last night and palace away no one moves to receive the ball. I do think he will be a very solid defender with us and potentially alongside Benkovic we have a good defence for few years to come.

I can say the same for Maddison, he seems to have done well. No to Gayle. Decent but championship is his level. Wagner is a decent coach for sure, and made his mind up. I just think Lolley will be a premiership player next year, with or without us. If you have seen some of his goals and assists this season he looks a very exciting young player who could link well with Chilwell, Gray, Maddison and Vardy. All potentially of course as he could be shocking. But for a realistic signing I think he is a reasonable option.

Need I say we won a league title with a team full of players other clubs didn't want. Vardy couldn't cut it at Sheff Wed. Drinkwater, Simpson, Kasper from United. Plus the rest of the squad. Players improve at different times, Lolley scored a cracking goal for huddersfield on his last game and was not wanted by the manager. Forest he is turning into one of the best players the championship regarding goals and assists.

I think the money will be too good to turn down unfortunately. Maguire will get more money and play for one of the biggest clubs. Ndidi has not been good for a while granted. The competition for places between Ndidi and Mendy, will hopefully get Ndidi playing to his best again.

I think Maguire will be sold. United desperate need for a cb and we will get decent money for him. If Maguire is still here of course he will be our first choice. Mendy has done well, agreed. And can compete with Ndidi for the starting position.

Loftus Cheek in cm would be the first player I would like to sign. Lozano from PSV or Lolley at Forest has been doing well, and could go well with a core of young english players we have. Maybe he is more realistic and fits with the squad. Schmeichel, Ricardo, Benkovic, Soyunco, Chilwell. RLC, Ndidi, Gray, Maddison, Lolley. Vardy Not the most experienced side but would be great for the future of our club. Vardy has another season as our main striker, but a target man as back up could be a good sub option.

I know you put Evans or Maguire but I still don't think we would win if we played those 12. Agreed on Maddison has to be number 1O, that is where we signed him, that is where he is best. Should give him time to play there as he will be brilliant for us and potentially England I think. Potentially a very good front 3 in that team.

That is true. When he first took over we were playing great football and it was pleasing to watch. For some reason we seem to have gone backwards since the initial 2 month spell. It is impossible playing passing football with Morgan cb and playing 2 holding midfielders. Not Puels fault we have no cms who are capable of starting attacks and being creative. He didn't sign Mendy, James, King, Ndidi, Silva or Iborra and we are already loaded in that area. So we need to sell before improving. Just would be good to play football similar style as when he first took over.
