Do not want him but why’s it took until the middle of June to sort when he’s out of work! Should be 2/3 weeks into planning the squad and pre-season now. Will be another rushed not good enough pre season and on the back foot from there!

Stick king with u21s/18s where he was before he got bumped up to keep fans onside.

Guessing pre season will start 2 weeks on Monday? 2 weeks training before the first game?

Would likely mean they in a job and need to pay compensation, something we very rarely do and probably can’t afford now. 

Don’t want Martin but it’s already a month later than the appointment should be. So much to do and leaving 3/4 weeks before pre season instead of 6/8 weeks to prepare!

Wonder if the club will want Kasper involved in a back room team now he’s announced retirement. Would certainly demand the standards needed! Unsure if he will want to go down that route though? 

Alves looks like got a new agent, wonder if he’s after a permanent move this summer?

Obviously, the City Football group connection and 4 years at the KP, with Bilbo R, but I didn't realise his son is/was a Trainee with us. Admittedly his previous stint in League 1 with Wigan went a bit pear shaped, but he might / could have learned a bit since then. He certainly has the background in the game, that supports a case for him.

With the ex morecambe manager in as assistant!

Agreed, just want some news to make me positive, manager announcement, retained/release list. Not asking for to much. 

Can see top and rudkin thinking that if caballero come in we would play ‘enzo ball’ again. I wonder if it was him who we tried to get to come in when we got rowett and press got it wrong? Maybe caballero wanted a fresh start with full pre season to shape things, similar to how Enzo got to assemble his squad here? 

A week on and no news again, feels like the start of last summer all over again.

Agents got to work quick after end of season then. 

Sad how it’s ended for him here, injuries, decline in form and 2 relegations in a row. Won’t forget the best of him pre covid when he was joy to watch and thank you for the goal at PSV! 

So top/rudkin been picking team? That why Gary needs speak to the club about who plays? 

Scared it’s not announced tomorrow his last game like Ricardo.

Kdh on Monday night football. Spent the summer at the training ground making sure he was fit and ready for pre season after the Luton loan. Hopefully a few academy lads have the same character ready to smash it day one of pre season and stake a claim! 

Don't matter who it is if the players incoming aren what we need and the powers above have to much say! I still think it will be rowett which isn’t feeling me with confidence.
