Martin is above 'league one' level so I think it's a coup. 

However, feel it's another delusional choice from KP. Needed more of a reset - playing style and culturally - not going down the same or 'similar' fantasy route as before or thinking we're better than we are. 

Glad it's done now and hopefully Martin can be the man to take us back. He's got a point to prove himself as well - as do we as a club - so fingers crossed it works out.

Shocked no PL club went for him, even as a back-up. 

Problem with the likes of Faes and Winks. He wasn't playing them at the start. When they came on in cameo appearances, we tended to play better, particularly on the ball. They get trusted again then let us down (again). 

Hopefully the new manager (whenever that happens) realises certain players, like Faes especially, just can't be used except for back-up / last resort. They might have some perceived quality relative to the likes of Skipp etc. but rather have honest pros or guys who care.

has pace and works hard, just have to get behind him unfortunately. can complain but Carranza offers zilch. Ayew has his pros but too slow.

If we win on Saturday he stays? Think he needs sacking regardless. Won't be too arsed if we don't win and it means he's gone unfortunately.

problem is the performances and lack of identity. have we had two good halves all season? Board etc. are the issue but have to expect more.

Like him as a man but can't understand why he keeps playing the same idiots who aren't good enough. Let them rot in the reserves some of them. We need to move on. If we were losing with youth or a different XI fair enough you can understand it if there's a style of play

It's giving RVN ball 

Strikers can be blamed for sure but the way we set up attacking wise is very strange.

Our wingers are totally isolated all of the time so it requires a bit of magic. We're fortunate Monga/Fatawu can a lot of the time but there's no support from the full backs and the attacks aren't sustained at all.

Our passing and general play has been crisp. Shame about our ability to make tackles.
