You know a whole south stand with safe standing, and ufs ideally located, I do think the sound would travel in the stadium. I think the singing groups at the moment are just too small.

Option 1. The club should be unique and strategise with union fs to locate them centrally or groups in each block to ensure its success as a vibrant home end. Great news though at last.

Dynamic pricing totally feels manipulative and not surprised this has now become a talking point. I've found in the past tickets available to purchase closer to events without the stress/excitement of the queuing system at release. They're basically doing what touts had done to them for a long time.

Still can’t believe they are still so worried to see it move centrally vs Tranmere.
Why not just move centrally next time there's a home cup tie? Or is that an own goal?

No response from the club. Tickets on sale today so doesn't look likely.
They just do not care do they.
Bet they see it as punishment for calling them out.
Worth doing an unofficial campaign and do it anyway since they didn't respond?

You could run a ‘stand up if you love Leicester’ drive to try and get more stood perhaps.
I love that. Great name for it.

Got to try and get G1 and SK2 on it’s feet for it to grow.
What’s the likelihood of achieving that without upsetting some? Would a non club campaign for a big game work like the scarves up push?

There's plenty of spots either side, just keep building it out.
This is the way.

Members tonight have come back from a meeting with them. How I read the feedback as its pretty disappointing from
the clubs side of things.
Got to be mindful of stuff on here as they watch it like a hawk and are very prissy about what gets said. Lots of oh we will look into that or no not right now. Kicking stuff away into the long grass.
Very obviously don’t have the atmosphere in the stadium as very high on the list of importance. I wan’t to be positive about the ground redevelopment but I just can’t see them utilising a golden chance. If they’re prissy about what gets said then it’s important that notes get shared from these meetings. The club can then share their version if they want too.

We asked for a bigger area for Birmingham but the club were unsure about the "demand" so it didn't happen. And then as usual the section was the first bit of the Kop to sell out.
Data generally wins in business. Present that case next time and fingers crossed although it sounds like you had.

Off the bat no granted.
However game by game more move in then its full, then we pressure for it to expand. Then an end is made.
There is a process. Is the process working?

Good chance for those that are fed up with a poor atmosphere where they are to move in and try the section out.
Why not bigger and why not more central? Should be good though

SK1 looking great in this

A silver lining to all of this would be if it in any way enabled the expansion of the section

It is all very nice but why can't we have some around the stadium where us plebs can see them?
Was thinking the same. Would look great at the stadium and somewhat celebrates the clubs heritage.

I guess UK football support does take inspiration from Europe and visa-versa from time to time.

They very publicly did interviews with a number of local media at the start of the season. They did articles when we played Legia away explaining how to travel and how to satisfy covid regulations.
They don’t have the resources to print off 28k worth of leaflets.
They save up money partly go to community charities but also once in a while create something incredible in display pre match. Something which is mostly unique in the country - it’s creative, something to be proud of and creates a real impact.
People forgot their numbers are not overwhelming and they don’t have pockets of cash. It’s all ran in effect by volunteers
Enjoyed those radio interviews. Would like to hear more. BSLB’s podcast colab!

Good job. Watched a bit of it on Youtube. I reckon you guys could really develop a good channel on Youtube

FA Cup game vs Birmingham or Blackburn. Union FS should lead from the centre of the South Stand and try to get as much of the stand in a singing section from the get go. I feel these cup games are really the way to show how its done.

It’s not great because the freehold technically isn’t owned by the club meaning if they sold the club they could technically still own the stadium freehold.
However the club are technically supposed to buy the stadium at some point for a fixed cost plus interest (which KP have deferred) as part of the deal that was done when the club went into admin.
The stadium can’t be sold without the club’s permission either.
It’s not exactly a Cov or Derby situation but it’s something that could potentially get messy in a difficult takeover
Sorry if this is a stupid question but who would be the representative of “the club” in this context?

Need a cup home fixture where a singing section from the center of the Kop is given a shot
-
Seems a bit random given the efforts that went into working with UFS pre-season and the social media posts engaging with the section. Sounds like lip service to me.

Nah. These things are better funded by fans. Fan culture and tradition is best separate from billionaire owners, just as fans are best kept away from billionaire Polo matches at Henley on Thames
Better the money spent on creating a huuuge safe standing section for us!
