Long time ago , but I'd have loved to escaped a crying baby for a night and stayed in a 5 star hotel , with probably a free bar.
Get the mum in law to help out.
He's not properly thought this through 😄

Clearly the more likely option. But people do like to get pre-outraged.
Yeah I'm not fuming just yet😄
Just seems at a time when the fans need a lift, we look like we're going for one of the most arrogant nobs in the game , who hasn't got a lot to be arrogant about.

If he has actually personal issues then I hope he’s ok. If he hasn’t and he didn’t want to play becuase he is off then not a fan. Poor show, your paid loads give it you all, relegated or not.
Maybe the club have a deal lined up and didn't want to risk him getting injured 🤔

I would be so excited to see him rip up the Championship and give him time to properly develop. I think I care more about him staying than who our manager is next year. Desperately want to see him, Fatawu, Mavididi and Monga/Evans combine in attacks. Just seems like it would be fun. And I miss watching Leicester being fun.
Leicester being fun doesn't sound like it's going to happen if Russell takes charge

If Sunderland make it , they'll be well equipped for the prem , with all the diving and play acting.

Same as Bournemouth away last game, got a ticket but would more than likely have done the weekend away and skipped the game.
Can just see it now, hundreds of Thai nobody’s walking round the pitch jumping on the back of Vardys goodbye.Totally agree.
I've hardly been this calendar year as its just been hopeless.
I've followed them for nearly 50 years and seen them beat everyone and lose to everyone, so I've mostly backed them when they've crap but I've always enjoyed it.
This seasons effort has done me though.
The last few seasons have sucked the life out of my enjoyment as the club owners, which were the envy of most football fans, have turned on their own, or at least, not been open and interacted with its fan base.
I'll be up on Sunday to pay homage to the great man and will also be thinking of others, eg Kasper that didn't even get a decent send off , but that's about it.
Also, nobody should be leaving that ground until Vardy has walked down that tunnel for the last time.

Stuff like this is the main reason I'm now of the mindset that King Power need to go. The shambolic management of the football side of the club is one thing, but even worse is their determination to hollow out the soul of the club in pursuit of clicks and tourists.
What tourists will want to watch a bog standard championship side , which has lost all of its iconic players, with a group of fans that don't show much interest and pay daft money for the privilege?
Foreign tourists will surely go for better cities to visit as well tbh

My son in law his dad and brother are all born and bred Liverpool fans and their response to TAA leaving was "Yeah, not that bothered to be honest" and "Same, only sad part is we didn't get some £"
Despite all the hatred on here for Liverpool fans they are thoroughly decent people very humble and magnanimous with respect to LCFC and football. It also applies to all the the Liverpool people I've met through them.
There's so much tarring of everyone with the same brush on here and yet when it happens re being an LCFC fan the response on here is outrage.
I've always hated Liverpool more than any other club for a variety of reasons.
But a few of us went to support my mate doing the Liverpool half marathon last month and stayed over for a couple of nights and i have to say , they're really nice people and a great laugh ( the ones I met anyway)
Living in Bedford, I think it's mainly the plastics that I can't stand and it's probably the same for those living in other parts of the UK

RVN should be banging on that refs dressing room door at HT ala Wenger in 2016 and be asking some questions.
He's given them everything.
No yellow for kicking the ball away ( Williams)after he blew for a foul, as well.

Whichever European competition this lot qualify for, they're getting absolutely bent over by the first decent side they face.
Not really.
Defend pretty well and attack at pace.
They'll do fairly well if they keep that squad together.

Not a foul from Luke imo.
Vardy not good defending at the near post and never has been.
Good to hear Sutton and Dawson doing an Unbiased punditry.
Well played Sky👏👏

Love the bit where he says doing things that are in the best interests of the club.
Well just feck off then and rip up your contract.
That would help the club no end.
And before anyone says 'would you walk and lose money'?
Yes I would if I was already a multi millionaire and will walk into a well paid job as soon as I fancied

Wolves are better than us in every position on the pitch.
They are also faster and fitter and even on our rare breaks , they're getting back in numbers.
Take Wilfreds pathetic jog back in the lead up to their goal compared to that.
The clubs an absolute disgrace and people must be mad to pay money and give up their time , to watch that shite

I really cannot see how they can afford him, if we deem his wages to be too expensive and barring in mind we have parachute payments to cushion it, then I think he will be way too rich for any other championship clubs.
I can see him at a club like Newcastle, Everton, even Chelsea or Man City as a fairly cheap option as impact sub and occasional rotational selection. Or failing that he think he will end up in the MLS or even Saudi perhaps a reunion with Riyad would make great PR story.
Whilst I wouldn't begrudge him any move, Chelsea would make me sick to the stomach.
They are everything that is wrong with the modern game imo, and seeing them tap up so many of our players from the last decade, really bugs me.
He'll take whatever is the best offer for him and his family, but I really hope its outside this country.

This goal doesn’t get spoken about often enough, pure class! To do it against Germany too 😮💨
It's him in a nutshell though.
How many players would even try to do this ,for their 1st international goal, away in Germany, through the legs of the world's best keeper at the time?

Hard to believe there`s a team in the Premier league worse than us , are Southampton playing their ladies team in some bizarre other world thing ?
We are the worst side in the league and one of the worst of all time.
We were incredibly lucky v Bournemouth, Southampton, Ipswich and West Ham due to poor finishing, good goalkeeping and red cards.

We're the worst team in the league and have been all season.
Very lucky with our wins and fully deserved our losses.
We're playing like a team that's defending a 2-0 lead , not being 2-0 down.
Our worst season ever for quality, effort , organisation and pride in the shirt.

He hasn't exactly done an incredible job though.
An OK job and probably just about got away with the minimum.
I know a lot of Chelsea fans and most have been fed up with him this season.
