    Evans

Man Utd have had a model over the last few seasons of signing on a more "mature" player to play regularly with their U23s and use their experience to develop the younger players - Paul McShane and Tom Huddlestone have done it...could suit Evans with his injury record over the last couple of years - play a less intense level and a route into coaching? Soyuncu for one was always better when playing with Evans
  2. Surely that’s the case with anyone that plays international football then?
  3. Owen was also prone to hamstring injuries from a young age that affected his pace, whereas Vardy’s injury record has been pretty good. If anything, a more possession based style of play and teams defending deeper against us also means that he will rely more on short bursts to find space in and around the box rather than sprinting half the length of the pitch, so I’d expect to see him adapt rather than decline
