  1. It's unlikely that we'll beat Man City but there's always a chance, I hate it when people just write it off. Barnes gets through in the first minute and Man City end up getting a red or giving away a penalty, it's a completely different game. That's what happened in our league game, a couple of seasons back (kompany on Vards) and the ref bottled it. #stillbitter๐Ÿ˜ก
  2. Last season a pretty poor Arsenal beat Man City and Chelsea to lift it. They rode their luck in both games but came out on top. It's all on the day, I suppose. Have to think back to Wimbledon, Wigan, Coventry (๐Ÿคฎ) to see what can happen. I really hope that the winners on Sunday go on and win it, unless that knackers us up for European football ๐Ÿ‘
  3. Although this could well happen and they have an incredible side and bench, on our day we can beat anyone. Obviously we have to deal with Sunday first, but if we get there, we could win it purely through wanting it more. Chelsea would probably present us with our best chance of winning the final though.
  4. Maybe a convincing win for Southampton in our FA Cup semi final, just to put the cherry on the cake๐Ÿ™„
  5. Maybe Liverpool (hate to say it) get through v Madrid tonight and then them and Chelsea kick the sh%t out of each other during the 2 CL semi games. Might affect their league form??
  6. Vardy. Finish the job in the semi and the final, then we can get cracking on the film
  7. If they play Vestergaad, which they will, you simply have to play Vardy. He might not be in the best of form but he's our greatest ever and deserves to play in a game like this. Utter madness to think otherwise
  8. Have we ever not lost at the new Wembley? I'm thinking charity shield 2-1 and 5-4 ,3-1 defeats to Spurs. Any others?
  9. I don't expect to win every game and I'm delighted where we are and what we've achieved in recent seasons. Was yesterday's game winnable? I'd say very, with their players out and how good we can be. Yesterday, for whatever reason, we didn't turn up 1st half against a side that had lost its main target man. I can't imagine what a Kane or Salah would have done to us 1st half. We're better than that, as we all know. I think it's looking at the squad we've got and how CL football might enable us to keep Youri etc and add a bit,
  10. Although I think Brighton will stay up, I'd be all over Lampety when he comes back from injury
  11. Baggies have got a Midlands double header with us and Villa. They'll be well up for both and we'll have to be pretty ruthless to win. Maybe the Mags will do us a favour Saturday lunchtime. As shite as they are, they sometimes pull out a weird result.
  12. Vestergaad is so slow What we should do on Sunday is keep putting the ball on his head like we did at West Ham for Dawson for the 1st 70 minutes ๐Ÿ™„
  13. At times, especially in the 1st half, it looked like our players had never played on a surface like it. Dreadful 1st touches and weight of pass was just the same. I'm glad I criticised Nacho after their 3rd as he did really well after that. Was terrified that Wilf was going to get a second yellow (which he nearly did) and miss the semi next weekend. After a decent rest after Man City, we weren't up for it today and left ourselves a mountain to climb against a top 4 rival. Still in our hands, but really must start much quicker or
  14. Some nice things have been said recently about Nacho but his hold up play for their 3rd,was woeful. Some unbelievable poor 1st touches throughout the team today which is costing us possession and yellow cards. Far too slow all over the pitch and look like they all went for a carvery at 12:30
  15. Truly awful tbh. Little Wes playing to far up the pitch and leaving gaps. Poor passing and too slow in everything we do. Have we really had 8 days to prepare for this? Let inform Jesse have the freedom of the pitch๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”
  16. We've done brilliant and, like you I'm dead proud of them all. I do think dropping out of the top 4 again would be massively disappointing and could have a big effect on squad and manager retention. I still think we'll be OK though, as our squad is more resilient and better equipped than last year๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‘
  17. West Ham are very decent, but we're a better side imo. Doubt we'll defend like wolves, as they were an utter shambles in that 1st half, yet they still had some very good opportunities at the other end. Plenty to respect but nothing to fear๐ŸฆŠ๐Ÿ’™
  18. Absolutely dreadful chipped in ball which West ham dealt with easily and countered. Defender with lead in his boots and Poor goalkeeping as well A terrible goal to concede all round. Wolves are having a howler
  19. This will be a Desmond ๐Ÿ˜‰ Jesse doing his best so West Ham have to do their nuts this summer to buy him๐Ÿ‘
  20. I'm not as anti Utd as most, but you have to admit, you've seen Utd get a penalty in similar circumstances up the other end. It was a pivotal moment and they seem to get more of the decisions in their favour
  21. Could easily been a pen but that would have really upset the commentator. Could he be any more pro Utd?
  22. Leeds have Utd, Liverpool and Spurs all at home, to come. Really can't see them losing all 3 of those. I think we'll be OK for top 4 as long as we keep our heads๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’™
  23. If England are going to rely on Harry, Stones and Mings, this summer, we better score plenty at the other end ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„
