  1. I'm under 65 and don't have a smart phone , initially I was told I had no option other than to go digital, but the Foxes Trust kindly assisted me and now I will be collecting a paper ticket at each match, I just need to take along photo ID , so I would definitely suggest pushing for an alternative if you really don't want to go down the digital route
  2. For the person asking if anyone has tried emailing the club about being forced to go digital I did and just got a copy/paste standard reply telling me all season tickets would be digital unless you are in one of the 3 exempt categories, so a total waste of time, as I already knew that. The point I was making to them is that I do have a phone, perfectly satisfactory for me, but it is old and basic, I would not be able to download a ticket into a wallet, so I would have to spend money on a new phone just so I could still go to the football. I resent having to do that. Now unsure what to do, really want to continue going to matches, having been a season ticket holder since the 90's, but feel the club has lost all connection with the supporters recently and the response to my email just shows they have no interest in the individual supporter or engaging with them . I 'm not interested in the "matchday experience" , to me Leicester win I'm happy, Leicester lose , I'm miserable, that's my matchday experience . I think they are going to be shocked by how many do not renew.
  3. Does anyone know if it is correct that members buying tickets for home matches can only have these as a download to their phone and cannot collect at the stadium ? I met a friend outside the ground on Monday and he told me he would not be able to go to any future matches as he did not want or was able to have tickets send to his phone and he had been told this was now the only option. Oddly he had the option to collect his ticket for Spurs !
  4. As a season ticket holder the seat next to me has been empty on many occasions this season, my brother would love to come to some home games if he could sit with me Neither us have a smartphone so I contacted the club to ask if there was any way to get a ticket sent in the post or collecting at the ground The response wasn't clear at all, I tried emailing back and was none the wiser so gave up, does anyone know if you can get tickets this way or do you have to own a suitable phone ? Again this is turning some-one away who is a lifelong supporter, can't afford to go to every match , but would like to attend when he can
