If you do want to go, a season ticket makes sense purely because the club with see fit to make the Mansfield Derby and Category A game and charge £40 quid

The anticipation of that massive fixture has me salivating.... can't wait

Just out of interest - how many posters on this thread are renewing their STs?

Illogical buying a season ticket when you can pick and choose which high quantity match you can attend .... hold off and see how the season goes ... plenty will be available.... to the point you will probably be able to purchase an entire row of seats

Seagrave is clearly not going to be sold. Doing so would amount to a massive admission of defeat and loss of face, and Top will not sanction that. Moving the women there and selling Belvoir Drive, as suggested above, is far more plausible.

It's financial stupidly to have 2 training grounds, having spent a lot of time at both keeping Seagrave is the better option based on location and accessibility.. however Seagrave is a souless place, never been used in a way that takes the club forward

Don't know why you're saying dream on - I don't think we'll do it for a second and didn't suggest we would - I'm just trying to work out the position. And I guess the possible points deduction would factor in too.

The points deduction has no part in this ... we got off lightly in my opinion and totally down to the financial mismanagement of the club .... there have been enough games to make it up and be nowhere near the relegation zone let alone in it but the squad have no professional pride or quality to do it ..... dream on ... I was pointing out we are done ... league 1 beckons... this is been glaringly obvious for months and the last 3 games won't make the slightest difference even winning them all .... which will then beg the question ... what about the previous 20 games

It's almost lost on us that BOTH teams are on the verge of relegation  and some bright spark still thinks this is a good idea!!!🤣🤣🤣

Whoever made the decision to go ahead with it must have serious mental health issues .... imo

In defence of Gary Rowett, don't forget Martin O'Neill couldn't get a win for toffee when he first came - 12 games wasn't it?

Not comparing managers but I feel sorry for him and for Andy King before him that the players just aren't up to the task in hand and whoever gets to play is on a hiding to nothing within this squad.

Remembering Brian Little when he first came in and had to deal with a fragile squad. He shored up the defence with some solid centre backs (not great players) but they gave the team a back line to allow the forwards to play as they needed.

This is all very true ... at the O'Neil time the fans actually wanted Mike Walker .... O'Neil took loads of grief which I still think he never fully forgave the fans for ... I personally don't believe Rowett is the man for the job ... not a man motivator, plays to safe, but in fairness to him he's only here for a few weeks and the squad he has had dumped on him hardly surprising he has done nothing ... but in hindsight he should have gambled and gone for the younger players ... not those who are on their way out and have given up

It could come into effect this season, but we will drop with them if so.

How anyone could justify us remaining in the championship is beyond common sense ... at this stage of the season... we are where we are because of the pathetic performances, lack of any fight, passion or commitment ... our position is not down to bad luck or a massive injury list or suspensions .... IT IS BECAUSE WE ARE A POOR TEAM WITH POOR PLAYERS AND A VERY POOR MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
