Still having to cope with paying premiership wages to several players isn't helping ... and I can't see anything happening until the likes of Skipp, Winks, Faes, Vestaguard are gone .... Rudkin and his crazy wage policy have painted the club into a corner .... God knows what BS and promises they have made to Martin .... so the saga goes on

Hamza won't be looking for a move anytime soon .... got it far to cushy .... been on loan several times with no takers ... more deadwood whose going to run his contract down whilst putting his feet up and laughing all the way to the bank ..... currently we have nobody anywhere near having the leadership qualities needed to lead the team and have any sort of impact on the pitch ... and we haven't for the past 2 seasons at least

Seagrave was the ultimate training ground... to appeal to the better players and nurture the youth for the future .... not all will make the first team but at least a few should.... some will be sold on .... I don't really see any of this coming to fruition.... a lot depends on the manager ... does he want to promote youth or buy the finished article .... any youth with ambition will not be happy with the odd sit on the bench ... or being a permanent fixture in the u23s .... my question is .... are the training staff good enough to spot talent and bring it through to a first team professional with leicester or just enough to loan them out

I can't think of many players that deserve any form of praise over the past couple of seasons .... praise and criticism should be swallowed in equal amounts... you can't have one without accepting the other ...... he is a professional after all ....

Very true .... the fans haven't got the club relegated .... board level ... decisions / bad decisions / appalling decisions..... management merry go round.... average / poor players on over inflated wages ... non existent leadership both on and off the pitch ... no passion or pride in playing for the shirt .... acceptance of failure ...... has put the club in the position it is in

Does he need to be told that getting the fans onside from the get go is vital ... by being over cautious, defensive, slow build up type of football will be received like a bucket of cold sick .... needs to be fast expansive football to have any chance of winning the fans over
