Hi guys, Just visiting. I would say Marsch has strengths and weaknesses. Strengths: + media + positivity + relationships with players and keeping everyone happy. + never gives up, Leeds were dead and buried last season and he kept a cool head. Weaknesses - tactics too narrow - didn’t win enough games this season despite dominating. Overall, he’d be a good short term fix but not long term.
